직원이 매우 친절합니다! 여자분과 남자분 모두 친절하며 최선을 다해 어려움을 해결해 줍니다! 짐도 보관해주시고 라운지도 이용 할 수 있어요! 로비에서 제공하는 음료는 시원하고 상쾌합니다. 해변도 가깝고 큰 쇼핑몰은 걸어서 갈수있어요. 테라스가 넓어 식사도 할수있고 전망도 좋아요! 이 숙소의 경험 덕분에 호주가 좋아졌습니다. 감사합니다.

Very good facilities. We booked for private family cinema during the staying. Awesome for families with little kids to enjoy movies. Better buy a new released movie before, otherwise there are old movies.

깔끔하고 친절했구요 무료업그레이드까지 해줘서 너무 좋았습니다

깔끔하고 넓었으며 세탁기 건조기 식기세척기등 모든것이 구비되어있습니다. 타워가 두개로 있고 지하주차장에 룸카드키로 출입됩니다. 주변이 조용하고 퍼시픽페어가 가깝습니다

모든게 좋았지만 주차공간에 대해 호텔투숙객은 지정된 한정된 공간에서만 주차해야 하는것이 좀 힘들고 어려웠던점... 특히 지하2층에서 지하3층 내려갈때 출입문 오픈하는 카드키가 안먹어서 애를 좀 먹음...

깨끗하고 좋았어요^^ 수영장과 부대시설. 주위 식당도 많고 좋았습니다

호텔 바로 근처 아침 먹을 수 있는 곳부터 밤늦게까지 먹고 마실 수 있는 곳이 즐비해 있으며, 바로 옆이 해변으로 언제든 쉽게 바다로 나갈 수 있었음 그리고 근처에 대형 마트가 있어서 손쉽게 음료와 간단한 음식들을 사올 수 있어서 모든것이 편안하고 좋은 느낌이었음

비슷한 가격의 주위 다른 곳보다 객실 크기가 훨씬 컸으며 객실 청소도 매일 해주어서 좋았습니다. 전체 크기가 너무 커서인지 조금씩 관리가 미진한 부분이 있긴 하지만 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 그리고 근처에 큰 슈퍼가 있어서 필요한 것 구매하기조 좋았습니다.

설명과 달리 무료 와이파이가 되지 않아 불편했지만 전반적으로 가격대비 편리하고 안락한 여행 되었습니다.

처음 방에 들어갔을때 현대적이면서도 깔끔하고 안락한 모습을보고 감탄이나왔습니다 객실이 아주넓고 가족적인 형태(키친 거실 침실 테라스 등이 구분되어있음)였구요 간단한 요리를 해먹을수도있고 여행중 쌓인 빨래를 할수도 있었습니다 수영장은 넓고 깨끗했구요 가든에 바베큐장이있어 이용해볼수있었네요 1층외부엔 각종 식당이나 바들이 즐비했는데 이용하기도 편하고 아주좋았습니다 50미터앞에 프라튼공원과 브로드비치가 바로있었습니다 개인적으로는 시끌시끌한 서퍼스파라다이스보다 브로드비치가 좀더 조용해서 좋은것같아요 바로 옆에 울월스(대형마트)도 있어 식재료사오는게 아주편했구요 다만 아쉬운점은 1동건물 1층 리셉션이 자주 비어있어 물어보고싶은걸 물어볼수없었던점 정도 나머지는 아주 만족합니다

오라클에서 페퍼스 호텔에 대한 평이 없었는데, 친구가 적극 추천해서 가게되었는데 솔직히 조금 실망이였어요. 레지던스호텔이라고는 생각은 했지만 체크인할때부터 시간이 늦어서 직원도 없고 많이 헤맸네요. 하지만 룸컨디션은 최고였습니다. 브로드비치가 호주인들에게 인기가 좋다고 해서 예약했는데요. 한국인은 역시 메인비치나 서퍼스 파라다이스쪽이 더 좋은것 같습니다. 다음에 갈때는 저는 메인비치에 베르사체팔라조나 쉐라톤 호텔을 이용할 것 같네요. 특히 남편과 함께라면요. 친구랑 간다면 꼭 서퍼스 파라다이스 근처 호텔을 추천해요.

The phone call from Mandy previous day was lovely. All receptionists were extremely helpful and professional.

Very very close to dinning and shopping & it was Blues festival so was great atmosphere. Room was big & spacious. Very limited glasses and bowls & plates & platers etc for such a large kitchen. Towels were quite old and need to be replaced with new ones is my recommendation. Hall way to room absolutely stunk . Not sure if it was because it was close to a rubbish shoot or not . Wish we had enquired about that smell. Staff were lovely.

Stains, mould and leaky plumbing. I sent Peppers Broadbeach a complaint with the opportunity to acknowledge the many hygiene issues with the room but it has been seemingly ignored. The chairs had a lot of visible mould, the floor had multiple stains and the bath taps leaked water all over the floor requiring us to use our robes and towels to stop a flood. Wild that staff have been through this room, seen these issues and ignored them.

Peppers is in a great location, lots to do around Broadbeach. We booked an "ocean view" room as per Wotif description, but our room was not with an ocean view. Reception kindly changed our room to one that did have a limited beach view which was appreciated, but not what we paid for. We would have chosen a different place to stay had we known we would be looking at the back of other buildings. This was not what we thought we were booking as per the description and photos in the listing.

Friendly staff. Close to beach, shops, restaurants ,transport. Clean apartment with generous supplies of everything needed, and nice view of the beach. Overall a great experience.

No aircon working on bedrooms, was very hot and barely slept

Lication: Ideal as it is a block from the beach and restaurants are even closer. The tram stop is about 3 blocks away. Property: Wonderful. We had a sea view apartment with balcony. Very clean and quiet. 2 pools and a gy. Property is in good condition. Room: Great apartment with seperate bedroom, full kitchen and large balcony. Very clean and quiet. I would certainly stay here again.
