Indeed the location of the hotel which was super convenient, yet the staff were unlikely other Japanese hotel front desk staffs: they were not too smiley neither attentive. Knowing that we are not Japanese, they did not explain anything about the room (not like the other Apa Hotel staffs in other cities that we stay); resulting that we have to try and error to set up the heater for quite a while. Otherwise, breakfast was OK and even the old lady in the restaurant was even more smiley than the ones in the front desk.
