매우 만족스러웠고 방이 매우 깨끗했으며 역과 매우 가까웠고 식당을 찾기 쉬웠습니다.

Hotel terbaik yang bisa anda temukan di dekat stasiun Karuizawa. Crew hotel yang ramah dan sangat membantu. Sangat merekomendasikan apabila anda akan menginap dan menikmati musim Salju di Karuizawa.

Indeed the location of the hotel which was super convenient, yet the staff were unlikely other Japanese hotel front desk staffs: they were not too smiley neither attentive. Knowing that we are not Japanese, they did not explain anything about the room (not like the other Apa Hotel staffs in other cities that we stay); resulting that we have to try and error to set up the heater for quite a while. Otherwise, breakfast was OK and even the old lady in the restaurant was even more smiley than the ones in the front desk.

Luas kamar sangat ok untuk keluarga dengan 2 anak di bawah 5 tahun. Staff ok, apalagi saat anak saya sakit, sangat membantu

Bigger bathtub, small room, uncomfortable bed & the pillow too thin, near station, too little electric plugs (only found 1 in room). One of the receptionist seems drunk.

It's located near Karuizawa Station and Karuizawa, Prince Shopping Mall. The room is very small.

Good price for a standard business hotel in relatively expensive resort town of Karuizawa. Located just 2 minutes walk from the station and there's a bike/car rental in front which is pretty convenient.

Lokasi dekat dengan stasiun, kamar bersih. Disediakan bantal tambahan dan air purifier di dekat lift. Kekurangannya kalau malam tidak ada restoran atau kombini di sekitar hotel... jam 7 malam sudah sepi di Karuizawa, Sebaiknya cari makan baru balik ke hotel... pagi hari ada penyewaan sepeda di dekat hotel. Biayanya murah hanya 500 jupu untuk seharian keliling karuizawa.
