아침 식사의 음식종류가 매우 다양하고, 맛도 매우 훌륭했어요. 여러 나라의 다양한 호텔을 다녀봤지만 그중 최고의 아침 식사 중 하나였어요

객실도 깨끗하고 사용하기도 편했는데 바닥 카페트의 특유한 냄새가 나서 그게 좀 걸리네요

가격대비 가성비가 훌륭하고 바다 전망도 좋았어요. 조식도 나름 괜찮았습니다. 위치도 좋았어요.

The breakfast was great, the room was clean with a lovely view, staff were friendly.

Two of my highlights were the breakfast which is unmatched and phenomenal! The dining area was always immaculate! Servers very hospitable. Then the pool area loved the vibe and one of the male bartenders middle aged can’t remember his name has to be one of the best bartenders hands down! Loved how when I made them aware of some issues dealing with my room they immediately addressed and fixed them. That speaks volume! I only have a few suggestions to make it a perfect review. Start having more face towels and drying towels on hand in the room. Especially when you know it’s two occupants or more staying. Secondly, the fridge seems to be warm around the top for some reason. We all experienced that issue (my group of travelers) causing it too leak and eventually it didn’t get cold anymore. Someone was sent up to repair it, thankfully. Lastly,it would be great, appreciated and convenient if the hotel (it being a 5 star) like most 5 stars would have an ATM on site. I found that pretty weird not too. At the end of it all I would definitely be staying again at the Rui and would highly recommend it to others.

Big rooms but could use some updating. The hotel is immensely large. Breakfast was good but crowded. Hotel is on a busy street. The hire was crowded.

My stay at Riu Hotels & Resorts was truly exceptional. From arrival to departure, the staff delivered impeccable service. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. The complimentary breakfast buffet, served daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., featured an impressive selection and was consistently satisfying. The only drawback was the noticeable odor in the hallway carpets outside the rooms, which was quite unpleasant. Nonetheless, the overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return.

Every thing

Breakfast was great and had a wide selection, including some Panamanian dishes. The dining area also has outdoor seating overlooking the pool. The pool area is nice, however you have to get there early if you need an umbrella.

Over all our stay was good. Staff was excellent along with the parking valet staff very attentive and willing to answer any question. Thank you
