아침 식사의 음식종류가 매우 다양하고, 맛도 매우 훌륭했어요. 여러 나라의 다양한 호텔을 다녀봤지만 그중 최고의 아침 식사 중 하나였어요

객실도 깨끗하고 사용하기도 편했는데 바닥 카페트의 특유한 냄새가 나서 그게 좀 걸리네요

가격대비 가성비가 훌륭하고 바다 전망도 좋았어요. 조식도 나름 괜찮았습니다. 위치도 좋았어요.

Everything was excellent except that I had to pay a deposit of $150 t was however returned upon checkout. The bathroom had a weird smell also. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First of all the staff was very helpful when I became hill. A wheelchair was provided from the lobby to our room. I was surprised with a small birthday cake & fruits. Breakfast was incredible. Best buffet i have been so far.

There seem to be a lack of ventilation in the unit. There was a musty smell from humidity I believe. Carpets in the room was visibly dirty from regular. No microwave wave in the room posed a bit of a problem for folks staying longer than two days and staff would not reheat food for us.

The staff was very helpful and they had a good selection for the breakfast. However, i had to change my room twice because it smelled like urine in both rooms

Over all trip was excellent the elevator seemed to have some malfunction

The rooms were not always cleaned properly. Things were left on the floor that indicated same. They would make the beds replace the towels and leave. The breakfast is always exceptional.

I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. When my family arrived, the rooms had a strong unpleasant smell. The biggest issue, however, was how the hotel handled an emergency situation. I was detained by immigration officers at PTY Tocumen International Airport in Panama and was separated from my family. My family explained to the hotel staff that I could not check in because I was being held by immigration and that the reservation was in my name. Despite the fact that our rooms had already been paid for through Expedia, the hotel refused to allow my family to check in under the existing reservation. Instead, they were told they had to make an entirely new reservation and pay again if they wanted a place to stay. With no other options, my family had to use money they could barely afford to spend. Afterward, I requested a refund through Expedia because we were unable to use the prepaid reservation due to circumstances completely beyond our control. My refund request was denied, and I lost the money I paid for the original reservation. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled. Travelers should be aware of the hotel's policies regarding prepaid reservations and emergency circumstances before booking.

Breakfast was A1! I’m not a morning person but I made it down to breakfast every morning. Rooms were cleaned everyday! Staff was very accommodating! Impressed!

I recently stayed at Riu Plaza Panama and had a pleasant experience overall. The standout feature was definitely the breakfast. The buffet offered an impressive variety of fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and made to order eggs, making it easy to find something different each morning. The hotel is well located and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. One thing that surprised me was that the room came with only two pillows, the first hotel I have stayed in that did so. I had to request additional pillows, which were provided, but it would be more convenient if extra pillows were available in the room from the start. The gym had an unpleasant scent during my stay Personally, I prefer more modern hotels property is also beginning to show its age and would benefit from some upgrades, particularly to the rooms and common areas, to match the standards of newer hotels in the area. Overall, it is a good choice for business or leisure travelers, especially if a great breakfast is important to you. With some renovations and a few small improvements to in room amenities, it could easily be an excellent hotel.

Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Great location! The hotel is beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend.

The place smells musky and its old. The carpets are smelly. The rooms Ac does work properly. The toilet seat was broken. The tv is old and not a smart TV. A poor choice in a hotel.
