Room was great.

First, the entire staff went above board to make sure our stay was top notch. From the moment you step onto the property, before you even enter the hotel, they are there to serve you. Even the restaurant servers and cleaning personnel were courteous, kind and friendly and extremely efficient. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and any room service needed is responded to immediately, while the front desk gives you a courtesy call to make sure your needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Panama. It is centrally located in the heart of the city and Ubers are everywhere. Also plenty of restaurants and fast food options within short walking distance. 5+ Stars

Great stay at the Riu Plaza Panama, staff always courteous, beautiful executive room with amazing views. Excellent breakfast, we really enjoyed the Crowne Level Lounge.
