복도랑 방안에 냄새가 난다. 심하진 않지만 가구나 카펫이 낡았다.

위치는 아주 좋아요 근데 방에서 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나서 컴플레인을 했더니 스프레이를 주면서 뿌려보라며.. 이게 냄새가 호불호가 있을수 있다했는데 방에서 나는 냄새는 그런 향이아니라 전반적으로 나는 꿉꿉한 냄새여서 없어지지 않았고 에어컨에서 냄새가 나는거 같아 그것도 끄고 생활했습니다 외관은 화려하나 실내는 좀 별루고 호텔앞 택시에서 짐을 내려도 거들떠도 안보는 그런 무례한 행동에 다음번엔 절대 가지 않을꺼에요

Attic room feels rather ordinary. It was nice enough but not worth the money.

Room adequate, but not exceptional for this Hotel rating..eg.dirty stained mirror . Good staff, amenities and of course location.

The room itself was clean but there was a wet towel left in the shower and the mini bar was also not cold so we couldn't have anything from it as it was all warm. We did tell Reception and they said they would send an engineer to the room to fix it but they didn't. That was disappointing, as was the wet towel, I wouldn't expect that in a hotel of this calibre.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and the staff were amazing. Our room was a good size for a family of four. The pool is small but was a cozy and welcoming environment to relax. We especially liked the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

What an amazing and beautiful location. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to stay here at least once. You will not regret it. All of the amenities are wonderful, the staff is impeccable, and the property is beyond gorgeous. I splurged for my 60th birthday and did not regret a minute of it.

The staff were extremely helpful. The property hoops very grand but a bit dated. Perfect for international Euostar Travellers as you can access the St Pancras International station from inside the hotel. Overall a great stay.

The issue I have is the mice in lobby. The room was fine and the bar area is good but the mice…..

Very expensive for what was in offer. Lunch was very expensive not great food shame lots of staff not great attention to detail first thing told need your table back. Seating uncomfortable in main bar.

I was given an “accessible room” and told this was an upgrade. While I understand these rooms can be slightly larger, it significantly impacted the overall aesthetic, especially as this was booked for Valentine’s Day. The room featured prominent accessibility fixtures, including a large red emergency strobe light on the wall, which wasn’t what we were expecting and took away from the atmosphere and charm of the stay. I think reception staff should clearly explain when an “upgrade” means an accessible room, so guests can make an informed choice rather than being surprised on arrival.
