The lady maintaining the breakfast area was rude and I’m not one to complain but she is in the wrong profession

Very friendly staff and nice clean place and quite place. Breakfast was good but dinning area was crowded might need a little bit more space. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

Very nice and helpful staff. Everyone was on top of making sure I had what I needed. Grounds and building were cleaner than anywhere I've ever stayed. The place isn't new but still in good shape and well kept. I was happy with the price and breakfast was wonderful. I will be staying again on my next trip.

Checkin was nice and staff very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and room was large. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the unit extremely loud. Shower curtain smelled moldy and provided shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. There are no elevators.

Desk employee was very courteous and helpful. Hot breakfast was good. Room was clean. Good location.

Upon arriving check in went ok. 1.5 hours later we get a call about maid service would be there shortly to clean the bathroom. Sheets were changed but bathroom was not. Not enough towels for 3 people. My Granddaughter was changing when they came ro clean hers, when she returned her clothes were gone and had to get them for the maid. Our ac didn't bow hard or very cold. They finally put another one and it was extremely noisy, but at least the riom finally cooled down after a day. My Granddaughter was locked out of her room not only once but 2 times. They try to say she hadn't paid, when she had paid cash and had her receipt. Breaskfast was ok, no orange juice. Needless to say our next family vacation we will not be staying at the Carriage House Inn.

When we got there checked in went to the room ac would not blow hard or cold. They put in another ac unit and it was very noisy. The feont desked called to tell us the maid wiuld be there to clean the bathrooms, the sheets had already been changed. Check in was at 3p. My Granddaughter changed and went to the pool and came back and the maid was cleaning her room. She explained that she needed to change out of her wet clothing. When she came back her xlothing was gone. They had picked it up and put it in the lost and found. Her room was canceled 2 times, actually locked out of her room twice, after paying for it. The food was ok. Over all we will not be returning.

The staff was very friendly. However, two out of the three rooms we reserved were infested with ants. I told the front desk and was told that they would call an exterminator later.

I love the Carriage House Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet is wonderful-- my favorite: biscuits & gravy with sausage. I will stay again and again!

Stay away The only thing good here is scrambled eggs and sausage First room given to us was 10 out 10 smelling like weed!! Second room they gave us the ac flooded the room after being 30 minutes in it. They didn’t do anything till the following day and left a huge blower in the room for us to listen to. After I complained for the third time I was told since I paid upfront there was nothing they could do. They told me upon check out that Expedia would give me 1 day refund

Our room was great . The mattress could stand to be changed out kinda was worn out, and ac made noise. But we love always staying here when we make a trip to Branson.
