Absolutely LOVED our stay. Everything was perfect. We even got upgraded! Room was lovely and clean with a pretty view from the 1st floor (2nd floor in North America). Location was excellent. Our favourite staff was Benedict at the front desk- she was so lovely and friendly. She was a joy to see at the reception. Our other favourite staff was Sammy at the restaurant who was attentive and also hilarious. Our “4 course” dinner was divine. Spoiler alert: you get more than 4 courses. On market day, don’t plan on moving your car. We took a detour that google set for us and it was stressful. The WiFi isn’t fast, but it wasn’t really an issue for us. I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t want to leave.

Corner room in Mill with water view (#4) with A/C and cross ventilation highly recommended. Bed, however, is very lumpy and mattress should be replaced. Good continental or a la carte breakfasts. Excellent lunch in their bistro ‘Au fils du temps’. Order pistachio cream profiterole if available!

Le restaurant au bord de la rivière est tout simplement merveilleux. Nous avons passé une soirée parfaite, accompagnés par un personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins, à la hauteur de cette étoile Michelin. L’hôtel est agréable, nous étions logés dans la partie deportee à 300m, chambre et salle de bains spacieuses et petite terrasse très agréable 😀

Lovely stay here. Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and excellent food. Stayed for 2 nights, had a room overlooking the river, I think the hotel has 3 buildings with rooms. Parked on site in their cave, very easy, and golf buggy to take luggage etc. excellent breakfast. Dog friendly. Would recommend and return m

We had such a delightful stay at this lovely hotel - a beautiful setting, extremely comfortable rooms and public spaces, and exceptionally attentive, helpful, and friendly staff. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for from the moment of arrival to our departure. Breakfast was also delicious, and the sound of the river rushing by outside our window and the dining room was heavenly. A very special place, very special people, and surely one of the one of the loveliest hotels in the area.

Extraordinarily beautiful. Staff were courteous and accommodating. Food was excellent. A perfect place for relaxing but also exploring the surrounding area filled with history.
