No cleaning or bedding while staying in 3 nights

숙소찾기가 힘들었다. 늦게가서 체크인도 힘들다.

취사가 가능하여 좋았으나, 청소를 1주일에 한 번만 하여 불편하였음

This hotel is very clean, very quiet, and convenient. Hotel crews are kind and their English are good. Breakfast is quite satisfied. Free Wifi is also good and fast. Parking lot is enough big and easy to use. I totally satisfied this hotel during my visit in Guyancourt.

One hotel employee was very terrible (never experienced before). She was so rude. Need to be educated

Good choice for biz trip near Paris with a car

It was nice for business trip. However, you have to have rent car to stay here. Becasue Bus and train were not convinient.

무엇보다 객실이 깨끗해서 만족스러웠습니다. 종업원의 빠른 서비스도 좋았구요. 다만 주변에 걸어서 둘러볼 만한게 전혀 없어요. 여기에 숙박하실 분은 반드시 차를 렌트해야 할 것 같네요.

This is regarding the daily cleaning service for my room, during my recent stay of four nights, I noticed that the room was not cleaned on a daily basis. I had expected daily cleaning services to be included. I did speak with the cleaning staff meet in the corridor, and he mentioned that I should discuss this matter with the reception team. I would appreciate if this property could clarify the cleaning policies and ensure that daily cleaning services are provided.

Moyen la vmc est insupportable, et quand on demande à l’accueil. On se fait bouler. Bref, je viens souvent mais là je pense que je vais trouver autre chose

Chambre très confortable, au calme, donnant sur le jardin à l'arrière. Attention, la chambre est vendue avec sèche-cheveux, mais rien dans la chambre. J'ai demandé à l'accueil, on m'a répondu qu'il avait dû être arraché et que je ne pouvais pas en avoir, point barre ! Réponse séche sans alternative... Attention aussi au parking payant (10 € / nuit), places gratuites dans la rue.
