The room was comfy and i had everything i needed.I must say the lady on reception was very helpful and did her job really well i enjoyed my stay and i look forward to coming back next year.

Good for my one night stopover. Comfy bed. Friendly staff.

For the price you cannot go wrong. Our go to hotel when traveling on the euro tunnel. Everything you need nearby and the staff were great.

The stay was amazing; we stayed for a night, and the staff was so helpful. Our sink wasn't working, and since it was late at night, they gave us the keys to the new room so we could use its bath. This level of service was so amazing. God bless the receptionist. Will definitely come again. Days Inn was a nice experience

We had a wonderful stay and it was so close to Maidstone where we were visiting family. The manager at the hotel checked us in and she was so lovely and helpful. An amazing lady who is a great asset to your company and her team.

Good for travelling en route to the shuttle. Our dog was made very welcome. Staff were excellent

Always stay here the night before travelling on Le Shuttle. 30 mins to the terminal. Large car park immediately adjacent to the hotel. Reception staff always welcoming. Rooms spacious with an excellent shower. Only downside is the range of services next door at the service station. OK if you like McDonalds! Improvement with Leon when you can navigate the ordering process! Good news is that there are some good pubs nearby with restaurant attached. Really good value - usually half price compared to the Premier Inn or the Travelodge at Ashford.

Not a great place to sleep in a heatwave. No air conditioning. Window was left open when we got in but couldn't be opened much more for the night.

The room was clean and tidy.Staff were excellent and always very polite and friendly.The wi-fi good too.Parking was free which is good because I wouldn’t have booked it if they had no parking.Good area with a lot of places to eat food from.

Hotel rooms were clean and a good size, but the bath was a little on the short side. Free parking even on the day you book out which was a plus. The staff on all days were very friendly and helpful. Having the Costa, MC Donald's etc on site was great too

I had difficulty sleeping as there was an incident in the hotel. The hotel said in the morning; Last night we had a serious incident where a guest's dogs actually locked themselves in the room. can only apologise for the banging and any disturbance you faced during the night. We tried to minimise the noise as much as possible and it did result in calling the fire brigade to break through. Once again I am so very sorry for any disturbance. As a token of good will i'd like to offer you a complimentary voucher to spend over at the main site to get some breakfast or a cup of coffee. I understand that this does not make up for a broken nights sleep but i can assure you we did our best to minimise the damage Your understanding is very much appreciated and again i offer my sincerest apologies

Clean well kept. Certainly did the job we were after

It is an absolute disgrace to rent out rooms in such a disgusting state. Upon our arrival, the room had clearly not been cleaned: only the bedding and towels had been changed, but the rest was a horror show. The state of the bathroom was deplorable, with a pervasive smell of urine... which is hardly surprising, given that there were still traces of urine on the floor and around the toilet rim. There was hair left on the shower walls and on the floor. In the bedroom, the carpet was filthy with stains and food crumbs, not to mention the dust everywhere. To top it all off, the window wouldn't even close. Fortunately, I was only passing through late at night with an early morning departure, because it is quite simply scandalous to receive guests in such unsanitary conditions. Avoid at all costs!

Nice, nothing fancy. Easy to get to and lots of amenities right there.

It wasn't too noisy bearing in mind next to motorway. Rooms a bit dated. Bathroom tap splashed everywhere.
