The hotel with the electricity outage on Christmas Eve with no manger attending but some inconfident female only at the front desk who seems to make many false statements such as the entire city has no electricity ( not true : the next door Hotel was fine with electricity )should not be a 5 star Hotel Hotel sent an email asking for any request & we made the request for the firm pillow which was completely ignored. Their pillows must be 10 year old very shabby. what a 5 star Hotel? If to be ignored why do you ask??

위치 매우 좋았고, 조식도 깔끔했습니다. 그러나 주차를 할수 없어 가까운 주차장을 찾아 주차했고 28유로가 추가로 들었습니다.

Recepção muito despreparada. Na chegada não tinha carregador de malas. As próprias recepcionistas tiveram que levar as malas até o quarto. Serviço de recepção sem profissionalismo. Elas foram educadas mas não preparadas para um Hotel 5 estrelas. Hotel em reforma.

Das Hotel ist sehr charmant, mitten in der Altstadt gelegen. Jedes Zimmer hat eigenen Charakter. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Schwierig zu erreichen mit eigenem Auto, da in Fussgängerzone gelegen. Dafür sehr ruhig. Für uns war es perfekt!
