1.트윈룸으로 신청하면 기차길쪽으로 배정해줍니다. (2층이라 철도 바로앞). 소리가 심해서 방을 바꿔달라하니 남자 직원 (아시아인)이 선택한거니 못바꾼다고 합니다. 12시에 도착해서 3시부터만 체크인가능하다고해 기다렸더니 방을 이렇게 배정합니다. 0점 주고싶으나 다른 친절한 여직원분이 방문제를 해결해줘서 불만으로만 점수줍니다. 2. 방 체크인시에도 정해진 시간에만 체크인 가능하다고 합니다. (방준비상태 무관) 위 모든 불편함은 리셉션 아시아 남직원이 만들었습니다. 그것만 아니었다면 다시 생각해봤을겁니다. Please be careful to choose twin room. If you want to sleep and see every train which arrive at harnnover station, then choose twin room. You can see and hear every train in your room. Also be careful to the MALE ASIAN in the reception. (eventhough I am asian) He did not help to solve the room's condition and problem and just repeated the word "It WAS YOUR CHOICE". It was the most annoying part of this hotel, but other employees were kind and helpful.

고풍스런 외관과 다락방 처럼 생긴 5층의 창문으로 바라보는 하노버 하늘이 좋다. 조식을 먹는 식당은 약간 반지하의 느낌이 들었고, 업무 일정상 직전에 묵었던 숙소에 비해 매뉴수는 다소 적었다. 역에서의 거리는 도보로 10분이 채 안걸릴 정도로 가까웠다. 체크인때 체크아웃 날 오전 6시에 택시 예약을 부탁했는데 그게 안돼있던 것이 그나마 아쉬운 정도

Klimaanlage war wie bei vielen Hotels nicht an. Bei Ankunft hatten wir laut Anzeige 26,5 grad. Wir haben die Fenster geschlossen und Klimaanlage mehrere Stunden laufen lassen als wir nicht im Zimmer waren. Zum Glück waren wir zwischendurch nochmal da Temperatur war bei 25,5 grad. Aufgrund der 3 Großen Fenster könnten wir für die Nacht lüften. Alles andere war nicht zu beanstanden.

Decent hotel close to the main railway station. Helpful staff, just a little outdated. Perfect for a couple of nights. Excellent value for money though!

The hotel has some nice charm. The large room was great and the TV had many channels in English. The breakfast was very good with excellent croissants in particular. The front staff were very helpful. I enjoyed my stay although I would have preferred to have a room away from the train lines as it could be loud when the window was open. Nice hotel.

Das Hotel lieg sehr zentral. Man konnte sich schnell zurecht finden. Da das Hotel am Samstag ziemlich voll war, war der Frühstücksraum etwas beengt.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel gepflegt. Uns fehlte jedoch eine zweite Sitz-/Ablagemöglichkeit im Zimmer sowie ein zweiter Nachtisch sowie zweite Lampe am Bett, zumal die eine, die es gab, kaputt war.

Hannover downtown is somewhat disappointing and this hotel should not boast 4 stars but is good value for money for a solo traveller The receptionist spoke only german but was friendly and helpful

I strongly recommend this hotel. I give 5-star. It is very close to central station and old town area. Hannover central station has everything you need. The breakfast is amazing, full breakfast for less than 5€. The staffs are very helpful. Room is comfortable.

Bed ok, but squeaky, good shower and decent breakfast. Good central location as well. Fine for a weekend stay in Hannover!
