Limpio y muy bonito. Tranquilo y a la orilla del lago. El ambiente muy agradable y la atención excelente. Todos desde recepción hasta los meseros fueron muy amables, nos ayudaron cuando lo necesitamos. El desayuno incluido delicioso y suficiente. Trae de todo. Muy accesible.

El hotel es una grata experiencia debido a sus espacios independientes, llenos de vegetacion al lado del lago, se puede mejorar el aspecto de estos pasillos tan lindos. La habitación increible, muy espaciosa y comoda. El restaurante muy rico.

Hospedaje y estacionamiento muy bueno. Servicio de restaurante en extremo lento. No usamos la piscina al encontrarla sucia con reatos de servilletas, vasos.

This is an old hotel that may had seen better days. The room looked poor. The hotel itself is worn down and you can't even pay for transport to the airport with a card (debit/credit), they only accept cash.

Muy buena ubicación, a mitad de camino entre la isla de Flores y el aeropuerto. Habitaciones cómodas. Buen servicio.

Clean comfortable, nicely appointed room. Amazing shower fill with tropical plants. Good food, view of the lake and Flores from the restaurant area (try the PideTurk with shrimp and curry). Adjacent to helicopter pad for trip to El Mirador.

Las instalaciones son bellas, pero el personal es completamente incompetente, no saben absolutamente nada de servicio al cliente. Es decepcionante ya que el hotel es bello y podría ser una gran experiencia.

It is a small hotel, really close to the lake very nice to have the meal in the restaurant.

We paid for 4 people and the beds were super small and they were super unfriendly I hated it!!! Food was too expensive and not great
