방이 크지는 않았지만 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 가이세키 요리 최고였어요 ^^

직원분들께서 친절한것이 너무나 좋았어요. 호텔온천의 경우 용품들이 다 있기 때문에 추가로 샴푸나 세안제를 챙겨가실 필요도 없구요. 그리고 조경과 인테리어를 보는 재미또한 있기 때문에 숙박 기간동안에 지루함이 없었네요.

푹쉬기 좋고 깨끗하고 오래됬지만 그만큼 전통있고 거기 있는 필링젤과 샴푸 트리트먼트에 반함 ㅠㅠㅜㅜ 너무 좋았어요 힐링여행 짱짱

음식이 아주 좋다. 가이세끼 요리와 조식이 훌륭하다 온천도 좋다. 부대시설도 훌륭하다. 침구가 깨끗하고 좋다. 직원들이 친절하다

현대식 외형에 전통 내부 공간으로 이루어진 아주 깔끔한 료칸이었습니다. 주변 경치도 좋고 온천물도 좋았습니다. 휴양을 위해서 아주 적합한 곳이라 생각됩니다. 가격이 비싼 편이라 몇일 머무르기는 부담이 되고 주변에 구경거리나 볼거리가 없고 오사카서 이동시 교통이 조금 불편한 점이 있으나 전통 일본을 느끼며 1 ~ 2 일 휴양하기에는 아주 적절한 곳이라 생각됩니다.

방이 크고, 전체적으로 깨끗했다. 다만, 객시렝 딸려 있는 온천의 크기가 많이 작은 편이다.

기대가 컸던 만큼... !! 온천은 좋았으나 가이세키 정식은 정말 비추!!!! 고베비프.... 비씨기만 하고, 감동도 맛도..

向陽閣は　立地が　便利で良かったです 　従業員さん　皆さん　愛想良かったです　 部屋は　少し古いですが　綺麗に掃除もされていて　気持ち良く　過ごせました　 　

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and polite. The onsen were beautiful.

İnanılmaz güzel bir yerdi. Yemekler hem geleneksel hem de çok lezzetli. İnsanlar çok güleryüzlüydü, hamamlar tertemiz ve çok şıktı. Oteldeki tek yabancı bizdik ama hiç yabancılık çekmedik.

離車站很近，溫泉很好，房間景觀優美，個人覺得自助晚餐一般

Nice lounge with drinks for a relaxing atmosphere. Great onsen bath experience and clean room. Amazing food with excellent service.

The hotel should give notice to guests at reservation how to take shuttle bus from either bus station or train station to the hotel as the hotel is on a hill.

Amazing place. Room was huge with a very impressive massage chair. We opted in for in-room massage service, both masseuse were skilled and provided a memorable experience. Check in process was seamless and staff were friendly. Would stay here again.

整體舒服、潔淨，榻榻米睡得很舒適，環境清幽。非常好。但早晚餐自助餐食物款式一般，但味道是很好的。

We stayed for two nights in this wonderful hotel. It's located in the center of the well known Arima Onsen. The hotel has pick-up and bring service that covers the train, bus and cable car stations in the surrounding area. It's very convenient to get around. The hotel is well organized and the rooms are super clean. We stayed in the traditional Japanese room, which is fantastic. Wearing the yukata, sitting on the tatami while viewing the beautiful mountains just so easily brings peace to our minds. The onsen in the hotels are also fabulous. It has three very large and different public bath. All have outdoor areas. We tried the private ones too. They are all very well maintained and easy to use. Our 7 year old son enjoyed it too. We chose the buffet dinner because of our picky eater son. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the buffet dinner. In addition to our extra Kobe beef dish, wagyu beef is included in the buffet too. There are many other dishes, which are all in high quality and very delicious. We took the cable car and wondered in the Rikko mountain area during the day and then came back to the hotel for a hot bath, and then enjoyed the wonderful buffet dinner. We couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommended!
