This hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on. When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on. Sounds pretty much normal. Yes, but usually I have to say 'excuse me, but could you..' for these services. For a shy traveler like me, this helped me a lot! While checking in, I arrived a few hours before my checking in, slept only two hours during 12 hours' bus trip. Marco, who's always calm, polite and also very professional, looked at my awful condition, checked my passport only, and led me to a room and let me rest, I spent less than five minutes for these. I did all the standard checking in procedures, including detailed briefing about the town and self guided city tours, after several hours' sound sleep. How considerate and sympathetic they were! They have three front staffs, and all of them are very good. I guess they might have a standard manual for taking care of guests. If I was a hotel owner, I would send all my hotel staffs to stay here, to watch and learn. When I come to Cusco again, I would definitely love to stay here once again, to meet Marco and his colleagues.

Location is very neat to sleep and room was so clean. Whatever we requested to additional service, hotel offer us the best option. It is best in Peru, ever.

Torre Dorada is located at a silent residential district of Cusco. It is not super close to the downtown where all the tourist attractions and malls are clustered, but its super helpful service definitely outweighs the disadvantage. The hotel provides free transportation to the downtown area and bus terminal, which is very convenient. Breakfast was great. Most of all, staffs were very attentive and helpful, which I appreciate the most. I'd love to stay at the hotel again if I get to visit Cusco again. Highly recommended.

Pros: always someone available to help answer questions. Room and bathroom were clean. Tv in room had Netflix. Breakfast was made fresh daily with lots of options to choose from. All of the staff members were welcoming and knowledgeable about Cusco. Location about 1.5 miles (2.4km) from center city Cusco. Laundry was cheap and they folded our clothes neatly and packed them in a clear bag for us. The area had a locked gate so it is a secure area. Short drive to the airport. Cons: walls are very thin. You hear EVERYTHING. The floors are very squeaking in the suites you walk through. Rooms are small. The bed was rock hard and not comfortable for us. The bathroom fan did not work well so bathroom remained humid after showers/no bathroom windows available to open. Dogs bark all night long

This boutique hotel is so cozy and their staff are like a family! You really feel like you are home! The lady of the kitchen is so kind and friendly, she would prepare you the best breakfast ever and up to your preference! The front desk staff also very friendly and up to help 24 hours. Highly recommend this place 👌

The stay was good, facilities well maintained and staff friendly. However, it's a little outside the city center, and the room can be cold (there's a little heater in the room-overall heating could be improve).

This was our favourite stay in Peru! The staff were great, special shout out to the lady who prepares the breakfast - she was so sweet and her cooking was amazing! Daily housekeeping and a heater in the room was very appreciated! The water was always hot and there is a tea station available on every floor. 25-30 minute easy walk into the centre of Cusco.

Lovely hotel. We came in May and it's cold but they provide a heater for your room, however, you need to leave it on for a while for things to warm up. Breakfast was excellent.
