Es hermosa la vista Me encantó la limpieza Entendamos que es uno de los primeros hoteles de Bacalar y está “vintage”, pero a nosotros nos gustó mucho, solo mejorar el restaurante, lo demás, es hermoso, gracias

Tiene detalles de falta de mantenimiento el edificio y las instalaciones. La vista y calidad precio bien.

Very bad hotel…. Every thing is falling a part…. Terrible maintenance…. Furniture old and obsolete …. I rent the room at Laguna Hotel Bacalar for 5 days…. I did not stayed there…. Only for a few minutes…. I grab my belongings and I left to rent another room some where else near by (Casa Arabe) I don’t understand how the City authorities allowed the hotel to operate under this circumstances…. I paid a lot for this hotel that is not worthed…. I don’t know how Expedia is willing to rent rooms for them….Extremely super UGLY property. Francisco Saldana

Struttura a dir poco fatiscente. No frigo. No bollitore. No zanzariere. No miscelatore dell'acqua calda nella doccia. Stanza piccolissima per 5 persone. Il personale anche se molto gentile non parla 1 parola di inglese. Nessuna informazione sul luogo. Inoltre c'erano molte formiche in stanza. L'unica cosa veramente brlla é la terrazza sulla laguna ma la struttura é un pò decebtrata rispetto alle altre. Il prezzo è troppo alto rispetto al nessun servizio offerto.

Es una porquería de Hotel. La ubicación es buena pero tiene 50 años que no le invierten al hotel. Y las instalaciones estan terriblemente mal. No te dejes llevar por las fotos de Internet. Es una estafa.

Love this place . Epic views , jump into cenote Esmeralda right off the dock . Take a boat tour from the friendly staff that operates via the same dock . Sunrise and moonrise over the lake was incredible and worth setting alarms for . A/C worked well and maids cleaned the room sparkly clean . Building is old so there are parts where tiles are loose but that comes with the territory being oldest hotel on the lake. Overall it was an incredible stay and a hard place to leave. I hope to return but we will have to get the private cabin that doesn’t have a drop off the porch as we will be returning with a toddler next trip .

The hotel has a marvelous view from its prime location. However, it is in desparate need of repairs and maintenance. It is not as represented online. Steps were broken Room door is flimsy. This location should be removed from Expedia listing. It is an abandoned property as an online search will verify.

The Hotels condition has not been maintained and the restaurant and bar were closed. The pool was also in poor condition.😞

Servicio muy básico Le falta mucho mantenimiento a todo el conplejo

El hotel es una pocilga si pudiera le daba 0 estrellas el hotel está en pésimas condiciones, sucio por todos lados el restaurante no tuvo servicio no tiene ningún servicio de hotel, está mejor los hostales. Para el precio y por haberlo comprado por medio de expedía, pensé que estaría mucho mejor. De hecho cancelé la última noche porque me pareció un robo la tarifa para lo que ofrecen. Expidia por favor sáquenlo de su página.

Las habitaciones están descuidadas, al hotel le falta mantenimiento y el personal cero amable.

The room was very clean. Loved the view we had of the lake. Great location, but hotel was run down and restraunt was not open a great deal. Had to order puzza for dinner as nothing close by to eat

Solo es un hotel antiguo y no tiene mucho espacio para nadar en la laguna plus tiene un cenote en la laguna

Three towels for four people, no air conditioning, no TV, no minibar, no hairdryer, no bedside tables, only one electrical outlet. The beds were comfortable and clean, the cleaning staff was attentive and very friendly, and the exterior was pleasant. The restaurant staff was inattentive and the service was very poor. No menu items were available, the coffee tasted like it was from the previous day, and the chilaquiles were tasteless and fried in very rancid oil
