전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hyatt Place Des Moines/Downtown

The staff was great but the accommodations, not so much. Horrible mattress. It was like sleeping on an old mattress covered with plywood & a pillowtop mattress cover. Every time you move/roll over it crunched. It didn't matter that the bed was horrible because you won't sleep with all the street noise anyway. This was an expensive lesson. No more Hyatt's for us, my body can't handle it. Breakfast was good.

We love staying here annually for the DSM art festival. It’s close to the festival and easy to walk around DSM. Their rooms are great sizes and spacious for families and we love having the option of the pool.

Room was not that clean, bathroom had mold on the tiles and curtains had stains on the bottom from long term use. Hotel itself was good. Breakfast was decent.

The room was a little more rundown than I expected - finish was worn off of the bedside tables, sheets weren't tucked into the sides of the bed when I checked in. Staff was amazing.

The hotel location was great with its access to the Skywalk system. The staff were amazing & very helpful. The hotel looked great. Everything was very clean. And, breakfast was delicious! However, the beds were VERY uncomfortable. We hardly got any sleep. The mattresses and pillows were worn down. Plus, the beds creaked loudly with even the slightest move.

It smelled alot like smoke and I hated that !!

Good stay. Short walking distance to my event but the hotel is very pricey.

Very convenient location. The staff is fabulous! They are very friendly and helpful! Could use an update in technology and design of the rooms. Very clean!

Teribly old and not keeping up with modernizing

Overall not that bad. After Initially checking in the couch in my room was soaked with febreeze. The front desk quickly changed my room which was good. However after I got in the shower later that night the body was dispenser was empty. 😑😑😑 I had to get out. Go downstairs and get one from the front desk…

I have stayed at many Hyatt's before and unfortionatly, this was the worst one I have stayed at. The shower made a noise like a car engine, and the shower pressure was either blasting or a drizzle. Breakfast was cold, coffee was empty and so were the creamers at 8:15. Parking was across the street and was charged 30 bucks a night in Iowa for parking!! Disappoinment and I not stay there again.

I thought that there would be restaurants and eateries near the hotel. There were none. There was no in-house dining option. The air conditioner was loud and noisy. Very average and over priced.

Room had a smell to it, hair was in the shower/on furniture, some outlets didnt work, heatlamp in the bathroom was burnt out, and dress pants that were hung in the closet ended up with what looked like fur all over. Too pricey for what you get.
