길건너 스파가 있어 다녀왔어요. 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 단 엘레베이타가 없네요.

강옆의 전원적인 분위기의 사진을 보고 예약하였는데 바로 앞에 공사중이어서 출입구를 찾기 힘들었고, 냄새없는 클린룸을 요구하였는데 에어컨 냄새나는 방에 주차장뷰의 1층을 배정해 주어서 룸 교체를 요구하였습니다. 바뀐 룸은 에어컨 냄새는 없었고 좀 더 깨끗하였지만 공사장 뷰였고 엘리베이터가 없어 2층까지 무거운 캐리어를 옮겨야하는 소규모의 숙박시설이어서 광고와 실제의 괴리가 가장 큰 숙소였습니다. 한가지 장점은 아침식사는 괜찮은점인데 다시 가고 싶지는 않습니다.

All was great but AC unit was very loud.

The hotel stay was average overall. The rooms feel quite outdated and seem to lack proper maintenance. While the staff were helpful and friendly, the air conditioning unit was very loud and noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.the breakfast was good

We loved the setting right next to a lake - so much space to relax and the kids enjoyed the pool. Close to restaurants and surrounding stores, coffee shops etc. Room was clean and fairly spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental style (no hot food) and same variety every day but there are lots of choices. Parking can be tight if hotel is full but we were always able to find a space. Some rooms do not have a Smart TV, so bring a firestick or similar for the kids (or yourself) just in case. The only down side I would say is the room AC unit can be loud and the rooms can get stuffy so the AC is working a lot. But we got used to it, and no worse than other "chain" hotels in our opinion. Will stay here again.

La chambre est plus que limite pour le prix. Cela se voit que la dernière rénovation date... les murs sont en mauvais état, le carrelage date des années 80, et le tout fait un peu bas de gamme (ex le seau à champagne en plastique blanc). Nous avions une chambre junior avec une salle de bain et une baignoire à côté du lit. La baignoire était incroyable, mais la salle de bain tellement moche ... Nous avons pris un bain mais aucun amenities pour mettre quelque chose dans ce bain (sel de bain, bombe de bain), nous avons demandé à la réception mais rien. Donc finalement un bain d'eau. Il y avait des miroirs partout, ce qui était très sympa. Et pour finir, nous étions au rez de chaussée donc ABSOLUMENT tout le monde passait devant notre fenêtre, qui était bien sûr pas teintée ou réfléchissante. Le petit déjeuner, bon bah rien de fou et rien de cuisiné. L'avantage c'est qu'on peut prendre le repas dehors avec la vue. Pour finir, il fait nuit dans les corridors, on voit même pas les numéros des chambres. Bref, tout ça pour 230 $ ...

Le calme de l’hôtel et la propreté !!! Wow !!

Excellent hotel. Très calme et propre. La piscine chauffée est un plus en forte chaleur.

Les draps n'étaient pas bien repassés. Le petit déjeuner était correct pas plus. L'accueil était parfait. Nous avions bien été servis. J'y retournerai mais cet hôtel a besoin de rénovations et les bases de lit doivent etre changés. Merci

Très beau de l'extérieur mais très ordinaire de l'intérieur les chambres sont petite les salle de bain trop petite j'ai demander s'il y avait une chambre plus grande j'ai du débourser 107.00 dollars de plus et monter trois étages a pied avec nos bagages en main car il n'avait pas de personnel de service.Donc surprise un peux plus grand un grand bain mais très petite salle de bain.On annonce une piscine mais elle est dans un autre endroit et la même chose pour le restaurant. En fin de compte très déçu.

Although breakfast was standard American fare it was well presented and in a good location on proper china plates

I had a great stay at this hotel. There was an issue with the shower in my room, but after I called reception, they responded right away, changed my room, and even gave me a free upgrade. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. The breakfast was also very good, and overall I think the hotel offers a fair balance of price and quality. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel.
