길건너 스파가 있어 다녀왔어요. 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 단 엘레베이타가 없네요.

강옆의 전원적인 분위기의 사진을 보고 예약하였는데 바로 앞에 공사중이어서 출입구를 찾기 힘들었고, 냄새없는 클린룸을 요구하였는데 에어컨 냄새나는 방에 주차장뷰의 1층을 배정해 주어서 룸 교체를 요구하였습니다. 바뀐 룸은 에어컨 냄새는 없었고 좀 더 깨끗하였지만 공사장 뷰였고 엘리베이터가 없어 2층까지 무거운 캐리어를 옮겨야하는 소규모의 숙박시설이어서 광고와 실제의 괴리가 가장 큰 숙소였습니다. 한가지 장점은 아침식사는 괜찮은점인데 다시 가고 싶지는 않습니다.

Le buffet déjeuner est vraiment bien choix fraicheur et propreté et vue sur la piscine et sur la rivière est très agréable .

Nôtre dépôt de 200 $ a été conservé pour une plainte de bruit, malgré un seul avertissement suivi d’un arrêt immédiat. Aucun dommage matériel n’a été causé. Décision difficile à justifier, surtout considérant les commentaires d'autres clients mentionnant une insonorisation déficiente.

Super bon pris pour le stationnement gratuits en plus du déjeuner , mais le déjeuner c’est la base (ex: pain, beagle, œuf à la coque, café )

Everything was great. Only thing that bothered me was the sounds coming from the Main Street and hallway. Not soundproofed enough for my liking.

Everything is clean, great staff. The room is incredible especially for two adultes! Don’t be cheap. I promise it’s worth it

La chambre était belle, propre et spacieuse et le lit était très confortable. Situé juste en face du spa Le Finlandais. Beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuner continental.

We checked in online to save time. All we had to do was pick up the keys... credit card number provided, and everything. Once we arrived, we had to do it all again. The receptionist didn't understand, even when we told her it was on their website. Anyway, we expressed our dissatisfaction, which seemed to annoy the receptionist, who told us there was a customer satisfaction card and that we could speak to the manager. So, the first morning, I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to put towels and a trash bag in our room. She said yes. I thanked her, and we left for the day. When we returned that evening around 10 p.m. with two children (4 and 2 years old) asleep in our arms, we arrived at our door to find that our two key cards no longer worked. We had to go back to reception, still with our children in our arms. We also noticed that we weren't given any towels or trash bags as agreed. Aside from the breakfast, which was okay, I won't be going back. The parking is terrible. The rooms are okay. The breakfast is okay. As for the staff, it seems like they don't care.
