길건너 스파가 있어 다녀왔어요. 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 단 엘레베이타가 없네요.

강옆의 전원적인 분위기의 사진을 보고 예약하였는데 바로 앞에 공사중이어서 출입구를 찾기 힘들었고, 냄새없는 클린룸을 요구하였는데 에어컨 냄새나는 방에 주차장뷰의 1층을 배정해 주어서 룸 교체를 요구하였습니다. 바뀐 룸은 에어컨 냄새는 없었고 좀 더 깨끗하였지만 공사장 뷰였고 엘리베이터가 없어 2층까지 무거운 캐리어를 옮겨야하는 소규모의 숙박시설이어서 광고와 실제의 괴리가 가장 큰 숙소였습니다. 한가지 장점은 아침식사는 괜찮은점인데 다시 가고 싶지는 않습니다.

Review for Hôtel Le Rivage I stayed one night at Hôtel Le Rivage, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The reception staff on both shifts were completely unhelpful and unprofessional. They gave me incorrect information, such as a wrong contact number for the reception. We also requested a shuttle to the spa, which ended up taking 40 minutes to arrive. In the end, we went on our own, and not even a simple smile was offered. I had booked a room with a fireplace, but it was broken and didn’t work. I reported this issue to the reception three times. Each time, they promised someone would come in five minutes to fix it, but no one ever came, and they didn’t offer to change our room. The room we were given (room 134) was full of outdated and worn-out items. The bed creaked, the bathroom faucet was broken, and whenever you turned it on, water would spill everywhere. To make matters worse, I was charged for the fireplace room even though the fireplace didn’t work, and they neither changed our room nor refunded any money. This is truly unacceptable. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and I truly regret choosing this hotel.

Room smelled of pet /dog. Was told all rooms used for pets. No breakfast black tea by kureg in lobby only green and no cups or tea in room. No restaurants open to eat at after 9 and reception English is limited so they can’t guide you

room was nice, fireplace a little hard to figure out as no exterior switch to turn it on.
