전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Le Rivage

길건너 스파가 있어 다녀왔어요. 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 단 엘레베이타가 없네요.

강옆의 전원적인 분위기의 사진을 보고 예약하였는데 바로 앞에 공사중이어서 출입구를 찾기 힘들었고, 냄새없는 클린룸을 요구하였는데 에어컨 냄새나는 방에 주차장뷰의 1층을 배정해 주어서 룸 교체를 요구하였습니다. 바뀐 룸은 에어컨 냄새는 없었고 좀 더 깨끗하였지만 공사장 뷰였고 엘리베이터가 없어 2층까지 무거운 캐리어를 옮겨야하는 소규모의 숙박시설이어서 광고와 실제의 괴리가 가장 큰 숙소였습니다. 한가지 장점은 아침식사는 괜찮은점인데 다시 가고 싶지는 않습니다.

Wi-Fi and fireplace was not working for our two nights stay. The bedsheets were dirty or stained and the continental breakfast had no coffee on the second morning due to a water advisory in the area. Complementary water bottles would’ve helped.

Comfortable stay, close to Spa le Finlandais

No toiletry at all on countertop in bathroom. Very dark lighting in corridors to rooms. Very small TV, few channels. Had to get my key reinitialised on second day, as it would no longer work. Comfie beds, beautiful views of river. Very clean, excellent breakfast.

All good but the lady receptionist was i just felt like an AI, no smile no greeting.

Check in reception…. Both young women that were not helpful and both need a course on customer service.

Lots of construction in the area but it didn’t affect too much

Late Night Check-in Host was lovely, and very personable, anyone else I encountered wasn’t as friendly, and some even a bit rude. The hotel is cute, lots of amenities near by, but very dark in the hallways only blue lights, and no elevator. Wasn’t an issue from mobility, but lugging our suitcases up the stairs want easy, though refer to early comment late night host did offer to help. Good continental breakfast, lots of room to sit, and the hostess was very warm & welcoming!! Overall a nice stay!!

Front desk was great. Great experience overall

Le petit déjeuner était parfait. La place aussi. Par contre l’eau chaude était déficiente. C’est vraiment dommage, car j’aurais mis 5 étoiles sinon.

Nice, well kept property on the river. A fair bit of road construction in the area but a good visit just the same.

Everything was perfect

Bien situé. Raisonnable. Propre. Sans prétention. L’été l’hôtel doit vraiment prendre tout son sens! J’y retourne c’est certain.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and well-appointed. Impressed by modern decor and in a good neighbourhood.
