Excelente, buen trato del personal y aceptables las instalaciones, buen desayuno, lo mejor el acceso al Centro Comercial Sambil. Recomendable. Buena relación de precio y calidad.

The Hotel is good but the room is too cold. Since the first second the AC was turned of for 4 days long and still cold air escapes the ducts. Miss a lamp on the console under the TV. Where is the Christmas atmosphere. No songs no Christmas tree. The Lobby Bar is mostly unstaffed maybe due to the low demand but all is well designed and modern. With a winter jacket to sleep in I will return.

They made my wife feel like a prostitute at the moment of check in. Also had a power outage that lasted 6 hours and they had no backup generator

The worst hotel I have stayed in recent memory. Power outages , no backup generator , poor Air conditioning , and disrespectful staff, they made my wife feel like a sex worker . Definitely not coming back, not even if I’m given a free room.

Aunque las instalaciones son excelentes y el personal muy amable, tuve una sitiaciòn con el acceso al hotel, especificamente con los vigilantes del centro comercial Sambil que no permitian mi acceso al hotel. Me quede hasta despues de las 12:00 am con unos amigos y estuve dos horas esperando que abrieran para poder accesar al hotel. Los vigilantes ni se acercaban, a verificar quien era y nos exponian a nosotros a la inseguridad del area

Good hotel with good location next to simbal mall. Nice clean rooms but the onlything the swimingpool was very cold.
