호텔의 시설이나 서비스 그리고 위치와 주변 환경 모두 좋습니다.다만 시내와 조금 떨어져 있죠. 수영장도 사용하기 좋고 경치도 좋으며 정글 속에 객실이 있다보니 분위기도 상당히 좋습니다. 다만 욕실의 월풀의 청소상태가 좋지 않으며 객실이 숲속에 있다보니 조금 습하네요^^

Excelente quarto com jacuzzi e muita privacidade.. piscina ótima e café da manhã acima da média Argentina ( que sempre é abaixo dos cafés dos hotéis brasileiros do mesmo padrão). Recomendo para casais

The room was big, but the bathroom was a little bit ran down and had a musty smell. Didnt get a chance to use all the amenities because i literally just was there for the night so coulnt say.

You feel you are in the jungle as the huts/rooms are spread out within the property. Great place.

The architecture of the main lodge and the extensive grounds and pool area truly stood out.

The staff are very nice and the service was good. I had laundry done within an hour and a repair done quickly. but the place is quite run down. The bathroom floods when you shower. I couldn’t use the fan because it sounded like an airplane taking off. The food was a bit strange. And it’s quite noisy with barking dogs and traffic on the road.

Authentic jungle stay with well maintained facilities and beautiful scenery. Rooms are ample and in great working condition. Best price-quality ratio in the area!

The room was very nice but the door was not opening easily and the phone was not working and they were not repaired during our stay, despite what was promised to us. The lack of flexibility regarding checkout time was all the more disappointing. But the hotel is very nice and the staff courteous

Personalet var veldig vennlige, rommene opplevdes som rene og bassengområdet var deilig. Det var også et stort bonus at vi kunne lagre bagasjen vår her etter utsjekk og fremdeles benytte oss av hotellets fasiliteter. Maten i restauranten og frokosten kunne vært enda bedre. Det var lite i valget i og veldig mye søtsaker.

Overall enjoyed our stay but menu options need to include at least 2-3 vegetarian and/or vegan choices. Food was limiting when you stay 2-3 nights with little to choose from.

Awesome to feel right in the middle of the jungle. Loved all the cats on the property, and the food at the lodge was so great, both the dinner menu and the breakfast selection (especially all the pastries!). My biggest complaint was that no free drinking water was offered, and in fact there was a sign on the water pitcher at breakfast explicitly forbidding you from filling up your water bottles. It felt like a money grab so you'd have to pay for their bottled water.

Upon check in, staff required that we sign off on the use of the safe and that the property was not responsible for any lost items. It gave us the impression that anything of value was not safe in the room. Breakfast was limited selection and did not have many healthy options other than perhaps the fruit. Common area was nice and comfortable. Also prior to check in, the property sent a note to say that no outside food was allowed or that guests could be charged a fee. The breakfast lacked healthy options, especially for a diabetic and then to be threatened to not bring outside food did not sit well with us. We did have the empanadas at the property which were decent, but did avoid eating at the property. The bathrooms had an odd configuration and the glass barriers in the showers could benefit from a proper cleaning.

Too many bugs in the room … not clean jungle type …. The rooms smell like urine air conditioning not working properly…. Never again

we arrived at this property later of day and then had to leave very early to catch up our flight. didn't have the opportunity to taste the breakfast and this hotel doesn't have the option to pack some simple breakfast for their gusts who had to check out earlier than their breakfast schedule ( I wish that they would consider such option in the future for the convivence of their customer) . However, the morning staff was kind at least per my request again if possible to packed some simple food to go. she went back to the kitchen area and packed two fruit for us.

O café da manhã era muito bom, grande variedade de frutas.O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo,e tanto o condicionador, como shampoo e sabonete disponiveis no banheiro pareciam de origem caseira, nao tivemos coragem de usar,além de que a limpeza deixou muito a desejar,com vários fios de cabelo no chão.A rosca do shampoo estava com uma gosma marrom. As toalhas velhas, encardidas e ásperas. O ar condicionado só foi gelar o quarto de manhã. A taxa que o site falou que seria cobrado no hotel era de 10 reais e pouco, porem chegando lá tive que pagar o quádruplo.O estacionamento disponivel é uma rua aberta, nada seguro. Não voltaria. É o tipico hotel para americano e europeu ver.
