Great staff and fantastic location

Great costume services, Clean room. All the staff from hotel were every friending .

This amazing hotel, it's perfectly placed right across the street, from the beach and within a ten minute, walking distance to at least a dozen different restaurants. Any problem I had with my room was quickly fixed by the hotel staff. In fact, on my second day there, the a c broke and they immediately switch me over to another room. This what's the second time I stayed there, the guest services staff are really accommodating, i booked an excursion in the lobby via the excursion / activities managers and there was one young lady in particular, at the hotel front desk who spoke fantastic English and addressed all my questions and concerns. I would rate this hotel a five star in all aspects

Foi um pernoite, em retorno de hotel na Ilha Múcura, ja havia ficado neste hotel na vinda. WC não dispunha de sabão, nem shampoo, nem condicionafor, também não havia tapete para saída do Banho (risco de queda) Quarto com muiyo ruído da rua. A/C MUITO BARULHENTO. Não pretendemos utilizar mais este hotel, exiatem muita alternativas

Worst hotel i ever stayed! Room hot!, telephone didnt work at all, bed hard as a rock, tv didnt work, shower flooded the whole bathroom. I made them aware only thing fixed was tv. At check out I wasnt even asked how my stay was. The location is good but i would NEVER stay here...it was a terrible nights sleep

Lots of areas with no AC like corridors and elevator areas and lobby too.
