Everything was good about this place.

The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. The staff were all friendly. Breakfast was tasty.

We have enjoyed staying here before. Convenient, quiet, easy access to the highway. Friendly staff; spacious, clean rooms, and ample parking.

Cleanliness and space

Unless one wears noise canceling headphones at all times, there will be no down time for guests to be had. The building must be poorly insulated, as it is terribly loud.

I was upset that I got a handi capped room and the only. I didn't order it so i was questioning when i checked in and the guy at the desk just said, sorry, I don't assign the rooms. It's like he really gave a damn! My first negative experience here and I don't want to make a stink out of it so i just kept the room. I suppose because i booked it on Expedia they really didn't care about me. I don't usually use 3rd parties but I've been sick and I just wanted to get it booked and sometime it's a hassle to get the same price, etc. I wish you didn't have to use the 3rd parties booker's ~ they really don't help you look better.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful on restaurant recommendations. Breakfast bacon was not so good

This might have been one of the cleanest Hampton Inns I've ever stayed at. Staff was friendly and happy to give recommendations on what to do in the area. Overall felt safe. Breakfast was hot and fresh. 24 Hour coffee and tea bar is excellent. Zero complaints!

Excellent hotel

I wish we had been in a more walkable location. We had heavy snowfall while we were there, i would have liked a snow scraper for my car!

The hotel was clean and very nice. The breakfast was good, but the people who served us were very serious and never smiled. I don't know if that happens because we are people of color.

I enjoy staying here, when I am in town.

Amazing, clean however about a 35 min drive from the sand dunes. In my opinion worth it for such a nice stay.
