Staff were excellent - friendly, attentive and very hard working. Everything was clean, the food and drinks were good quality. The hotel decor is a little tired, but that’s the only downside I could see.

Me alojé recientemente en el Hotel Cala Yoga, un establecimiento de cuatro estrellas en Ibiza, concretamente en la habitación suite 422, con la expectativa de disfrutar de una experiencia acorde a la categoría anunciada y al plus de haber reservado una habitación superior. Mi valoración combina aspectos positivos y negativos, pero sobre todo pretende ser una crítica constructiva para invitar a la dirección a reflexionar y mejorar determinados puntos que considero esenciales para la satisfacción del cliente. Aspectos positivos Quiero comenzar destacando lo que considero puntos fuertes del hotel: • El personal: durante toda la estancia recibimos un trato cordial, educado y atento. El equipo humano es, sin duda, el valor más destacado del establecimiento. • La ubicación: el hotel está situado en un enclave privilegiado, rodeado de un entorno natural que aporta tranquilidad y cercanía a calas de gran belleza. Estos dos factores son la base sobre la que se podría construir una experiencia excelente. No obstante, en lo referente a las instalaciones, la limpieza, los servicios y la coherencia entre lo que se promociona y lo que se ofrece realmente, la experiencia fue decepcionante y no acorde a la categoría de cuatro estrellas que anuncia el hotel. Habitación suite 422 Una de las mayores fuentes de decepción fue la propia habitación tipo suite. Mi expectativa era encontrar un espacio cuidado, con comodidades superiores y un equipamiento diferenciado respecto a una habitación

Cet hôtel a besoin de beaucoup de rénovations. L’accès à la mer n’est pas facile Cet hôtel est extrêmement tranquille. Le personnels est gentil mais le responsable des activités et soirées n’est pas très bon. Il pourrait y avoir plus d’activités , ou d’ambiance nous avions pas l’impression d’être à Ibiza. Il est important de mentionner que c’est vraiment un endroit pour dormir. Aussi j’ai été déçu de ne pas pouvoir manger à l’extérieur venant du canada j’aurai apprécier pouvoir déjeuner sur la terrasse.

kann man leider nicht weiterempfehlen, die Zimmer teilweise mit kaputten Möbeln, Vorhänge, Flecken auf dem Boden, Türen usw. kein einziger Stern wert!!!!

Food yummy and staff friendly

The rooms ac was not working properly I ask for a different room and they didn't have any available. Limited parking if you don't have a parking spot in the hotel area then they make you park in the outside of of the property in town.

Palladium Cala lionga is located in quiet area which is perfect for relaxation with beautiful views and friendly staff I chose all inclusive the food was awesome but I believe the rooms was basic it did not had much to offer no mini bar

A/ C was broken and it was hotter in the room than outside in the blistering almost 90* heat. The air didn’t work and they said if there was a room available they would move me but all rooms were booked. So they said nothing they can do. Really terrible night.

Amazing hotel, highly recommend doing the all inclusive. Very quiet at night too.

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the dinner menu was enjoyable, but breakfast and lunch were very basic. Many of the dinnerware items were stained, and we repeatedly had to request clean plates and glasses. Our room felt outdated, and throughout our stay we noticed a persistent sewage odor from the bidet. Housekeeping was minimal—when we arrived, we found hairs and dust in the bedding. The air conditioning and bathroom lights were both malfunctioning and required a technician’s visit on our first day, and the in-room safe never worked despite multiple attempts to fix it. The all-inclusive package covered only the three main meals and a pool bar serving overly sweet, basic mixed drinks, which didn’t feel like good value for the price. To top it off, we were asked to pay an extra €30 for our one-hour late checkout request! The one bright spot was the beautiful beach view and friendly staff, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially the all-inclusive option—there simply wasn’t enough value for the cost.

I had a wonderful stay, filled with memorable moments and exceptional service. The food was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables that made every meal enjoyable. The daily towel service was a thoughtful touch, and the cleaning staff did a remarkable job keeping the room spotless. The hotel’s location, with direct access to the beach, is truly unbeatable. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, the live DJ by the pool and the musical performances after dinner were a highlight, providing an unforgettable experience each evening. And to top it off, the drinks were exceptional, contributing to a fantastic overall experience. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The internet connection was often unstable, which made it challenging to stay connected. The bathroom showed signs of red rust in certain areas, with some fixtures needing repair. The bed had a tendency to slide whenever we sat on it, and the acoustic isolation could be better, as we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. Additionally, a hotel transfer from the airport would have been appreciated, especially considering the 20-minute drive. Overall, while there are minor improvements that could enhance the stay even further, it was a delightful experience, and I would gladly recommend it to others.
