Good communication and support.

체크인장소가 따로 있는것과 아파트먼트인데 세탁기가 없어 아쉬웠어요. 대신 옆건물에 코인세탁소가 있어 세탁이 필요하다면 할수있어요. 성가족성당 옆이라 다른 관광지와 거리가 조금 먼것이 단점이지만 조용한 숙소를 찾아 예약한것이라 만족합니다.

universitat역에서 가까워 중거리 이동도 편하고 카탈루냐 광장까지 걸어서도 충분히 이동가능해요. 위치는 굿~ 그치만 뷰는 벽뷰~ 창문 열자마자 네 면이 모두 옆 건물 벽이에요.ㅎㅎ 꼭 참고하세요. 여긴 냉장고가 없어요. 서비스로 제공되는 물도 없고요. 대신 와인 한 병이 무료제공. 근데 요걸 마시려면 와인병을 들고 프론트로 내려가야 한다는... 프론트에서 호텔리어가 직접 따주신대요. 귀찮아서 패스~ 젤 좋은 점은 와이파이가 빵빵! H10 계열 호텔에 묵을 때도 와이파이가 자꾸 끊겨서 힘들었는데... 와~ 여기는 장난 아님.

Checkin 장소와 숙소가 다르며, 호텔의 이름이 외부로 노출되지 않아 장소를 찿기가 다소어려움. 아침식사의 장소가 회텔에서 떨어저 있어 다소불편함.

가족여행 절대 비추. 한 사람 이름으로 같은 날 방 두개를 예약했는데 각각 다른 호텔로 방을 잡아줌. 항의했더니 "우리 호텔은 주소가 여럿이라고 써있지 않냐"며 계속 비아냥거리기까지 함. 다시는 오지 않을 곳. 주변에 도둑이 많아 소매치기도 당함. 나중에 다른 직원이 와서 같은 호텔로 교정해주긴 했지만 그방은 따뜻한 물도 안나옴. 그야말로 복불복 케이스. 절대 가지 마세요. 악평 써보기 처음.

사그라다 파밀리아 성당 바로 옆이라 교통이 편리하고 매일 아침 저녁 성당을 볼수 있다는 점! 바로 앞 공원에서 산책이 가능하고 근처에 마트가 많이 있으며 모든 물품이 구비되어 있고 깨끗하고 조용하며 겨울에도 난방이 잘 됩니다. 아이들과의 여행에서 가장 맘에 드는 숙소입니다!

신축건물로 전체적인 숙소 상태는 좋음. 침대나 이불이 조금 불편한 감이 있으나 신경쓸 정도는 아님. 사그라다 성당에서 도보 5분거리로 위치는 좋은편.

카탈루냐 광장에서 가까워 이동은 편했지만, 방이 너무 좁고 냄새도 나고 어느하나 맘에드는 구석이 없었음. 매번 현관 벨 누르고 들어가는것도 불편하고, 바셀 보름 여행 숙소중 다신 가고싶지 않은 유일한 곳.

이번 한달가족여행 중 가장 편안하게 지내다가온 곳이라서 다시가고 싶은 곳이예요 사그라다 파밀리아가 가깝고 큰 슈퍼가 있어서 정말 좋은곳이예요 물론 시설도 짱이구요

乾淨，設施完整

The location was great for the Sagrada Familia walk there with no problem and there were nice souvenir shops right down the street and a great little Bistro 2 blocks away. The WIFI was good everything was clean and comfortable,we really enjoyed the area and it was very safe. The property manager was available all the time. The only thing we found inconvenient was that on a late arrival you have to check in a couple of blocks away and with luggage that is difficult and it is expensive to have a taxi waiting during the check in process. Otherwise you will not be disappointed booking this apartment.

部屋の内装は新しくキッチン、ベッドも良好、シャワーのお湯もすぐに出ました。滞在した2BRはバルコニーに出るとサグラダファミリアがよく見えます。徒歩2分ほどのところに共通のフロントがありますが、対応も良く、11:30のチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれました。近くに安いスーパーがあり、ビールや生ハムを安く買うことができました。

We stayed at a junior suite unit. No kitchen only has a microwave. The shower room space was very small and wired. The water pressure was very poor. Reported on this issue & mini fridge was not cold at all but never got fixed. The unit was clean though. Daily house keeping was nice & good view with Sangria Família. Mail.

While the room was clean, however the shower drain was severly clogged. When I mentioned to staff, they quickly addressed it. The unit was first floor and a bit noisy. All in all, I would stay there again. To Expedia, please find a way to better document the actual location of the property. My unit was numerous blocks from the main front desk. There are no hotel offered communications to the front desk from the off-site location. All minor inconviences, as nothing really problematic happened.

El lugar estaba muy limpio ,superó nuestras expectativas, la verdad muy recomendable, excelente ubicación, contaba con cocineta, refrigerador, todo excelente, claro que lo recomendaría

Bruno welcomed us with grace, charm and hospitality. Our apartment was superbly clean, comfortable, stylish and quiet. There was a lift if you are caring extra baggage. They own many apartments, so our location had a 7 minute walk to the breakfast cafe. We enjoyed our morning stroll. We had a Nespresso machine, full kitchen and laundry machine. It's perfect for a long stay in Barcelona. Wonderful service in all departments.

This property is close to Sagrada Familia, which is a big plus, because it's such an awesome sight and place to visit. We could even view it from our unit window. The registration desk is a short distance away from where our unit was actually located. Except for the days we checked in and out, there was no inconvenience. The unit was clean and fairly spacious. As an apartment unit, there were kitchen conveniences as well as a washer but no dryer, but there is a provided drying rack). I would staybhere again.

Virkelig dejlig lejlighed - lidt slidt, men der var virkelig rent og pænt. Dejlig beliggenhed.
