엄청 친절한 가족같은 호텔, 작지만 가격대비 좋아요. 침구류가 너무너무 오래되어 좀 바꾸면 좋겠어요, 솜이 다 튀어 나옴요. 배수구 물이 잘 안내려 가서 답답했지만 화장실은 깨끗함요 가족같은 편한 느낌과 위치 최고!

12월 31일 극성수기에 시내 숙소들을 예약이 꽉 차서 어쩔 수 없이 예약한 거였는데, 런던에서 머물렀던 3개 숙소 중 가장 좋았어요. 햄스테드라는 지역이 관광객들이 많이 찾지는 않아서 생소할 수 있는데 런던에서 부촌에 꼽히는 곳이라고 하더라고요. 조용하고 깨끗하고 동네도 이뻐요. 중간중간 숙소 들어가서 쉬는 분 아니라면 시내에 머무는 것보다도 이쪽에 머무는 편이 좋을 것 같아요! 조식도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 :)

가격대비 정말로 훌륭한 호텔!!! 주변지역이 깨끗하고 안전한 지역이며, 특히 Hampstead Heath산책은 단연코 최고의 코스!!

햄스테드역에서 도보 십분내에 찾기쉬운 거리에 위치해있으며 직원들의 친절함과 시설및상태도 좋았습니다.

It is a unique facility located in the beautiful Hampstead hills.There are beautiful walks in the hills and the nearby Hampstead Heath. A short walk to the Hampstead tube station. Lorenzo and his staff are hand on with great personal care and service.

Lorenzo and his staff are true professionals. They honestly care about giving their customers the best possible experience. The “cold” breakfast is substantial — the croissants are the best we have had!

Awful place, I would not recommend this to anyone. Booked a double room, room was very small, dated, hot and stuffy. There was a window which opened into a hotel landing area with a glass room. Requested a change of room but was advised there were no rooms available therefore checked out immediately and found another hotel. I would not recommend this place.

First off, Lorenzo was the quintessential host - knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't hesitate to help us with anything we needed. He truly went above and beyond. As first time travelers to GB, that was probably one of the most important things we could have hoped for. The room was small but all we needed. The bed was VERY comfortable and it was pretty quiet at night. The shower and bath were clean and a welcome relief after a long day site seeing. They offered a light breakfast which had a nice mix of offerings, but there were other places nearby if you preferred. Hampstead has a variety of store fronts so anything you want is within a 15 minute walk. It's a bit hilly, but the area is great! I want to thank Lorenzo and his staff for all that they did! They were first rate hosts!

We had a room that was so tiny we could hardly open our cases or move around comfortably. The bathroom in our double room was so tiny you had to step outside to dry off! Coming in our room was a challenge as there was barely room to squeeze in. Extremely noisy at night even with ear plugs which were provided! The whole facility needs a huge makeover to bring it up to decent standards. The stairs up to the rooms are extremely dangerous and narrow. The staff however are very friendly and helpful.

La habitación está bien para un par de días, es muy pequeña y no hay espacio para guardar la ropa. La zona está muy bien, lejos del centro, rodeada de restaurantes, para locales y no tanto para turistas. Hay un parque enorme a un par de cuadras para salir del bullicio de la ciudad.

Excellent place to stay. Enjoyed staying at La Gaffe. Everyone was so helpful. Very peaceful and quiet place to stay. It was easy to get to and you can walk anywhere.
