직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었고, 다른 손님을 담당하던 리셉셔니스트가 제가 기다리는 것을 보고 친구에게 체크인을 도와달라고 부탁했습니다. 디럭스룸이 꽉 차서 패밀리 스위트로 업그레이드되었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 완벽한 패키지였습니다. 아침 식사는 특별한 식단(할랄)이 없었지만 맛있었습니다. 감자 마살라와 카푸치노(기계)를 곁들인 오믈렛이 최고였습니다. 과일도 신선했습니다.

The location is right in the city center, the staff is good at giving services, many variations of the food, recommended!

Very nice hotel. Very neat and hotel employees are very helpful. They upgraded my room to executive rooms, how nice of them. Will surely stay in this hotel again if ever I have to go to Thailand.

Check-in was super fast. The lobby is on 4th floor... Bedroom is clean, bathroom is also clean... so happy they changed the towel everyday 👌🏼 Location is quiet at night, there's a sevel near the hotel, about 20 minutes walk from BTS Asoke Station... but there's a free tuk-tuk so they can drop us to the main street and then just 10 minutes walking to the BTS Asoke Station. Overall i'm Satisfied with everything🙏🏻

1. The room was full of cigarette smells. 2. The air from air condition was not cooling normally and loudly. 3. The request for high floor was ignored. 4. The request of fried egg at breakfast was ignored. 5. Lack of food refill at 9.00-10.30 am in breakfast time.

모든 직원들이 매우 훌륭합니다. 객실은 좋았고 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다.

พนักงานขับรถตุ๊กตุ๊ก ที่รับส่งผู้ป่วยปากซอยเย็นวันที่ 21 มค. 60 ควรมีมารยาทที่ดีกว่านี้ ขับรถเร็วมาก พนักงานคนอื่นดีมากค่ะ
