호텔스닷컴 평점을 보고 선택했는데 역시 너무 훌륭해 칭찬의 글을 올린다 호텔 전체가 불상 시바상 가루다 등 캄보디아 문화 전체를 알도록 특색있게 꾸며놨다 공항입출국때 무료 셔틀 서비스, 웰컴푸드, 로비에 잠시 있어도 간식과 차, 매일 룸에 스낵 서비스, 나갔다 들어오면 로비에서 찬 물수건 서비스, 수영장 관리, 부대 식당 어느 것 하나 부족함이 없다 무료로 주는 디너권 런치권 도시락스낵권 특히 맛사지권 정말 감동의 물결이다 5박을 신청하고 에어서울 직항을 끊는 바람에 1박 추가로 총 6박을 한 사람으로서 이호텔을 꼭 추천한다

좋았던점 - 직원들이 친절하다 - 올드마켓 등과의 접근성이 좋다 - 호텔 식당(조식포함)의 질이 주변 다른 식당에 비해 청결하고 맛이 좋다 나빴던점 - 첫날밤 배정된 방이 옆 호텔과 마주보는 방이 였는데 옆 호텔에서 들어오는 에어컨 실외기 바람 및 담배재 들로 불편하였음 - 다른 호텔도 마찬가지겠으나 도로 옆에 위치해 있음에 따라 수영장 이용시 매연이 심함

친절한 직원들, 생각지도 않은 런치,디너,맛사지,스넥box 무료쿠폰, 공항픽업.. 그외에도 세심하게 배려한 서비스들에 대만족이었습니다. 다만 새벽비행기라 체크아웃 후 대기시간이 길었는데 풀장 및 디너이용을 하게 해준건 좋았는데 샤워실에 파우더룸이 있으면 더욱 좋을듯합니다. 감사합니다~

From airport pick-up to drop off at the airport , nothing to be disappointed. Welcome food, everyday breakfast , snack box for Angkor wat sunrise, 1h free massage, free 3-course dinner were all great and amazing. Room is always made up several times a day and decor inspired to Angkor temple is impressed. Most of all, the staff is excellent and super kind. They take every efforts to help me all the time even though very tiny things. Car rental tour program through the hotel, price is pretty fair and the driver is great, very kind and good speaking of english. During tour, he explaind a lot about history of Ankor temples and informed a shortest direction of temple walking. The last day, after check-out, before going to the airport, I could use empty room to take shower and relax. It was outstanding. In this hotel everything is perfect. Definitely recommend this place. Specially thanks to SOPHEN and the driver VANNA(nickname DOZ?)

서비스, 청결, 조식, 분위기, 룸상태, 룸서비스 등등 무엇하나 흠잡을게 전혀 없다. 특히 웰컴 드링크 및 과일은 정말 최고였다. 씨엠립에 다시 간다면 꼭 다시 묵을것이다. 최고중의 최고이다. Really thank you for care and comfort, clean, all thing of the Golden Temple Hotel. I will be back! :)

부모님을 모시고 4인 가족 여행을갔다 하나 하나 얼굴을 기억하고 서비스도 챙겨주고 비행기가 새벽에 있다니깐 나이드신 부모님을 배려 해 주어서 쉬는 공간도 식사도 마련해 주어서 너무나도 놀라운 서비스에 많이 기뻤다

트립어드바이저나 호텔스닷컴 평이 너무 좋아서 비슷한 규모의 다른 호텔들보다 가격이 비싸도 기대를 하고 갔었습니다. 전체적인 인테리어는 잘되어 있었지만 관리가 조금 허술한 부분도 보이더군요. 위치는 펍스트릿에서 툭툭을 타고 이동을 해야해서 밤에는 조금 불편했습니다. 처음 배정받은 객실은 도로쪽의 방은 새벽까지 소음이 심했고, 방 안에 청소가 제대로 안된건지 이전 투숙객의 피드백 카드도 그대로 있는데다 컵도 이물질이 그대로 묻어 있었습니다. 바꾼 방은 비교적 만족 했습니다. 연계해준 툭툭 기사도 바가지를 씌워 항의를 해도 툭툭기사 편만들고 제가 영어를 제대로 못한다고 답답해 하는 정도더군요. 말은 제대로 못해도 이해는 한다고 말하면서 바가지에 대해서 제가 화를 내자 당신한테는 그렇게 큰돈이 아니지 않느냐는 식의 대응은 정말 실망했습니다. 그냥 사과만 했어도 그냥 넘어가려 했는데... 여러 나라 다니면서 다양한 숙박시설 이용해 봤지만 이런 대우를 받기는 처음이었습니다. 기대를 하고 갔던거라 더 실망했고 전혀 추천하고 싶지 않습니다,

호텔평도 너무 좋고 독특한컬러감과 인테리어로 눈길을 끈 호텔이라 선택하게되었는데 공항픽업서비스와 호텔도착했을때도 너무 친절하게 맞아주고 도와주는 부분에서 감동 받았습니다. 생각보다 많이 작은 호텔이라 조금 실망을 하기도 했으나 호텔 직원들의 친절함이 모두 잊게 해주었습니다.. 규모가 크지않은 호텔이기에 그런 서비스가 가능하지 않나 싶네요.. 하지만 지금껏 어떤 호텔에서도 이런 서비스는 받아본적이 없습니다.. 위치도 올드마켓과 걸어서도 이동이 가능할 만큼 가깝고 4박일정 예약이 모두 되지 않아 2박만 예약을하고 다른 호텔로 옮기게 되었는데 너무 아쉬웠습니다.. 서비스로 받은 맛사지도 너무 만족스러웠습니다.. 꼭 이 호텔로 선택하세요.. 씨엠립에대한 전체적인 이미지까지 만족시켜줄꺼예요!!

2013년 10월에 숙박, 호텔스 닷컴에서 4박예약했는데도 홈페이지에서 직접 예약할때 주는 vip서비스 다 받았음. 유적지나 평양랭면관 같은 곳 가기에는 좀 멀지만 올드스트리트는 걸어서 금방 갈 정도, 위치 최적인듯. 다른 무엇보다 호텔 스텝들의 응대가 매우 친절하고 하나하나 신경써주려는 것이 고마움. 호텔 수영장도 이용했는데 규모는 작지만 놀기 좋음. 유적지 많이 다니고 숙박기간이 그렇게 길지 않아서 호텔에서 휴양할 생각이 없다면 최적인것 같음. 객실에 욕실이 없는게 흠이지만 깔끔하고 좋음. 1층은 가격대비는 좋지만 개방감은 없기 때문에 발코니 사용하고 싶으면 2층 풀뷰방을 추천함. 조식도 맛남(개인적으로 과일은 별로 맛이 없었음, 참고로 올드스트리트의 템플음식점과 같은 체인이라서 음식이 같은 듯) 무료 wifi있지만 속도나 접속 상태는 그닥(이건 역시 한국하고 비교해서 전세계 어디도 따라가기 힘들듯...) 매우 추천하는 호텔!

캄보디아의 분위기를 느낄수 있는 부티크 호텔이었습니다. 다른 모던하거나 현대적인 호텔과 달리 고전적인 장식들로 인해서 아주 좋았고 스탭들의 응대도 훌륭했습니다. 강력히 추천합니다.

Very traditional Cambodian style, in the heart of Siem Reap riverfront, lots of shopping, dining options. Short drive to Angkor Wat. Staff was very helpful, restaurant on site is excellent. Room was big with pool view.

Our stay at Golden Temple Hotel was far beyond our expectations for a touristic city hotel. The hotel is located in the town centre, a minute's walk from the Airport Limousine stop, surrounded by several outlets and a few minutes walk from the shopping and entertainment district across the Siem Reap River. The hospitality and quality of service were top class and made us extremely welcome and our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Arguably the best hotel experience in a long time! Looking forward to a repeat stay.

The staff were excellent, including Mr. Nate the driver. The price was very good bang for buck. I really enjoyed this hotel and it was very easy to walk to Pub Street, grocery stores, and atms.

A lovely hotel conveniently located in central Siem Reap. There are many lovely details here. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's unfortunate that there are no evening dining/bar options, but there are many places within walking distance.

Five star experience in this classy, friendly hotel that goes out of its way to make you feel welcomed. The building is really cool. My room was clean and comfortable, with air con and a working safe. Room.was facing the street but I didn't notice noise outside at night. The hotel breakfast was excellent with a choice of fruits, salad, meat, omelette and a local soup noodles dish with various meat and noodles options. I also had a lunch which was brilliantly presented. I didn't try a massage as it's not my thing. The location is a 5 minute walk across the river to Pub Street and the night market, so it's a very easy and safe walk to get into the city without the noise of staying right in the centre But it's the staff that stand out here, the Cambodian people are extremely hospitable and service oriented and I saw that here.They always asked if everything was OK and if I was OK. I was unwell one day and they checked on me and offered assistance at the pharmacy if needed which was really appreciated. So I wil mention as many names as I can, with special mentions to Justin and Roth, the people I spoke to the most. Apologies for those I missed and also talked to. Moni my chatty friendly driver from the airport and Mike back. Both very safe and comfortable journeys. Cicy, Daneth, Pichii, Alice and Justin in reception. Phanit, Solang and Roth in the restaurant who explained everything. An outstanding team, thank you so much for making my stay a total pleasure!

Staff were excellent, the hotel was beautiful. Pool was refreshing and the breakfast was great. Definitely would stay there again if back in Siem Reap.
