We had a great time in bellavista the staff are very friendly and easy to talk❤️⭐️

Bellavista has a good crew but their policies regarding the checkout time is not quite okay. I just ask a little bit exemption of time for my check out because I was in the court for hearing and the hearing was delayed. But they don’t give exemptions they just let me pay half of room rates I think this is not fair. This situations is needed an attention.

Bad smell on elevator. Room is old and dark inside, even on the hallway its dark. They did not maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff are not so friendly especially on the front desk and restaurant.

Lousy Service, unprofessional and incompetent staff. Its not a tourist friendly hotel and I would encourage other travelers not to patronize this place in the future.

Hotel was good but there are some insects and except that everything is great about the hotel.

People are good there but, since the hotel is really old, those things inside the room are old and some more not clean!! A lot of bed bugs bite and insects!!! Never be back there again!!!

I have requested for a queen size bed but they have given me a twin bed, water was bad and they have not clean my room on my second day!
