Le personnel était très gentil. Le petit déjeuné était top. Ménage rapide fait dans les chambres tous les jours. En revanche, nous y sommes aller début septembre était c’était compliqué pour se garer. Autre point négatif, nous étions au douzième étage, quasi pas d’eau chaude, même tiède. Il y a même des jours où l’eau était gelé. Pas top pour prendre une douche même quand il fait chaud. Et le peu d’eau tiède, il n’y avait pas de pression.

Its an average hotel with pretty rooms but you can easily see that it needs some maintenance. Hotel restaurant not so clean and the food could be better

Hotelli on siisti, mutta pinnat ovat jo kuluneet. Huoneessa oli vanhan näköiset lakanat, jotka voisivat jo olla päivityksen tarpeessa. Kuitenkin kaikki oli puhdasta. Aamiaisella oli kohtalainen valikoima erilaisia ruokia. Hotellin allas oli mukava ja jossain määrin lämmitetty. Aurinkotuoleja oli riittävästi. Lastenallasta ei ole. Parkkipaikkoja on rajallisesti, mutta löysimme paikan lähistöltä. Lähistöllä oli jonkin verran pieniä kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Joku Titsa:n bussilinja taisi myös kulkea läheltä. Kolmen tähden luokitus vastaa hyvin tämän hotellin tasoa. Viihdyimme hyvin täällä lyhyen reissumme ajan, mutta mitään erityistä ei ollut tarjolla. Hotellin ylimmistä kerroksista (4 ) on varmasti huikeat näkymät. Olimme itse 2. kerroksessa, josta näkymät olivat tylsät.

Das Hotel ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ruhige Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Meer, dafür ohne Sonnenschein. Parken direkt am Hotel schwierig, zu wenige Parkplätze. Aber es gibt auch Parkplätze auf der Straße. Frühstück und Abendessen vom Buffet. Überwiegend ältere Gäste.

Hier kann man nichts falsch machen. Danke.

Der ideale Standort um La Palma zu erkunden. Auch mit dem Auto. Immer wieder gerne. Danke..

Hôtel plus que correct pour petit budget dans une zone calme. Gros point négatif, beaucoup de difficulté pour garer son véhicule de location le soir. Les places du parking de l'hôtel sont en effet limitées et les places dans le quartier sont la plupart du temps occupées par les riverains et les utilisateurs du terrain de foot. L'hôtel est très mal insonorisé.. prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles. Le petit déjeuner du matin est copieux, diversifié et correct. Tout le personnel ne parle pas anglais et il est des fois difficile de communiquer. En revanche les repas du midi et du soir, bien qu'à volonté laissent à désirer. Produits bas de gamme... Points positifs, l'hôtel prévoit un bus pour aller en ville. Hôtel très propre, un service de chambre et une organisation impeccable. Hôtel globalement correct.

Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Meerblick im sechsten Stock, total ruhig und sauber. War auch eine kleine Küche vorhanden, wir hatten aber Halbpension. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Todo fue excelente.

Me he encantado, el trato recibido por el personal ha sido inmejorable. El hotel en general estuvo bastante bien, y la habitación muy limpia en general volvería a repetir sin duda.

First of all, don't bring a car here. They have next to no parking in the tightest car park, yet hundreds of rooms. The view isn't like you'll see in the pictures, the green is all gone, the surrounding areas that were green are brown and dead and wastelandish. only 1 member of staff was genuinely helpful and kind, an older gentleman, 5 stars to him. The rest of the team were rude and snappy and unbelievably unhelpful. They don't give you beds, but army cots. Ignore the silverfish while you stay here, the wildlife was there first... Oh and for some reason, they painted over their beautiful white building, with a greyish magnolia. Some very nice restaurants in the local town and everyone there was sweet and helpful, but you'll never meet them because you should never stay here.
