전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hôtel Istria by Magna Arbor

Raspail 지하철역에서 1분거리로 엄청 가까워요. 몽빠르나스도 걸어서 10분이면 가고 접근성은 정말 좋아요. 하지만 항쿸분들흔 한국에서의 갓성비 호텔을 생각하시면 싫먕을 많이 하실거에요. 항국에서 50-60유로대의 호텔이면 어메니티도 주고 어늬정됴 괜찮은 호텔에서 묶을 수 있지만 이곳 파리에서는 90에서 100유로는 줘야 그정도 퀄리티가 나오나보ㅑ요... 방에 처음 들어갔을때 전체적으로 청결한 느낌의 객실이즤만 많이 쬽게 느껴졌어요ㅠ 침대는 넓고 푹신해서 하룻밤 졍됴야 잠먄 자고 가기에는 괜찮겠지먄용. 냉장고는 있는데 물은 없고 가운과 객실용 슬리퍼도 없고 어메니티도 없었어요. 치약, 칫솔은 꼭 챙겨가세요. 종이컵 그리고 손 세정제와 샴푸겸용 바디워시가 다에요. 화장실에 욕조가 있는데 샤워커튼이 없어서 샤워 후에 바닦을 보니 물이 흥건했어요. 물론 둘이 쓰기엔 수건이 넉넉하게 있어서 바닦에 수건을 깔고 샤워를 했기에 그나마 수습을 할 수 있었는데 그것 때문에 방을 너무 지저분하게 쓴거 같아서 괜히 마음이 불편했네요. 좀 충곀젹이었던건... 아침에 여유있게 10시쯤 일어나서 샤워하고 나갈 준비를 하고 있는데 갑자기 방 문이 열렸어요. 누군가하고 창문으로 살짝보니까 방 청소하는 아주머니가 마스터키로 문을 연거더라구요. 저희를 보고 바로 문을 닫았으니 망정이지 뒤에 다른 투숙객이 지나가면서 보기라도 했다면 상상하니 끔쯱하네요. 젹어도 투숙객이 머무르는 방이면 청소하는 분에게 잘 전달해서 확인을 시키거나 적어도 문 열기 전에 노크는 해봐야하는게 정상이 아닌가 싶네요. 체크아웃하려고 나갔을 때 직원에게 이야기 했더니 사과도 없고 당당하게 청소하는 사람이었다고 얘기하네요. 괜히 프랑스가 아닌가봐요. 평점을 아주 냐쁘게 주지는 않았지만 츄쳐나고 싶은 호텔은 야늬에요.

다시 오고 싶지 않네요. 좁고 낡은 호텔. 두 사람 트렁크를 펼치기 힘들고 조명이 너무 어두워요. 특히 5층 객실의 경우 욕실 천장 위에 살고 있는 정체모를 짐승이 움직일때마다 천장 상판이 움직여서 곧 그 짐승이 욕실로 떨어질까봐 조마조마했어요. 비교적 싼 호텔이어서 불편하고 서비스가 없는 건 감수해야 하지만 그래도 만족스럽지는 않네요.

파리중심부라 방이 작지만 나쁘지 않았이ㅣ요

The staff were not helpful and often times were rude. I had to work during my stay and the only wifi available was unsecured with no password required. I asked if there was a secure network available and no one could give me an answer - so I could not work from the hotel. They also require that you leave your key card at the desk every time you leave the hotel. The big problem I had was the staff switched out so often that no one remembered which room I was in and I had to tell them every time. Who's to stop anyone from saying my room number? I paid too much for what the stay was worth. If you can get a good price then this hotel will do fine for the basics.

L'hôtel est propre et bien placé. Le personnel est agréable. CEPENDANT, la chambre n°6 en rdc, a une fenêtre double vitrage sur la rue (il faut une double fenêtre), et la porte de la chambre donne direct sur l'accueil (il faut une double porte). J'ai entendu les clients revenir jusqu'à deux heures du matin. Rappelons qu'un hôtel, c'est fait pour dormir

Clean and quiet place!

Overall, it's kind of OK: a very basic hotel that could benefit from some simple improvements. There's very little that seems professional about it. The most annoying things were the fact that there was no shower cabin, just a curtain, making the bathroom a wetroom for no reason. After a shower, the whole floor is wet, which is awful until it dries. And apparently there is no housekeeping – or maybe you have to specifically request it, but that wasn't made clear anywhere. There's also a strange policy of leaving your keycard at the desk when leaving, which I've not encountered anywhere else in the the dozens of hotels I've stayed in. They don't require any ID to collect it – the man who handed back my keycard had never seen me before, for instance.

I like the hotel location, but room 6 was not great. It was a room for handicapped (which is great for the Hotel to offer one), but the shower in the bathroom only had a shower curtain and the water just went all over the floor! Pretty dangerous to walk around the bathroom on a wet floor between the toilet & the sink! When I questioned the room, I was told I wanted a big bed?? All other rooms had large beds. Plus it’s on the 1st floor right by the entrance, not too much privacy!

Crazy strong cleaning smell in the room like toxins. Wouldn’t go away even after opening window. Did not look like photos. You might be on the ground floor, a couple steps from the check in desk. There are hundreds of other hotels at the same price point that are much much nicer.

Excellent emplacement, literie confortable

plutôt bien pour une nuit mais un séjour complet je ne sais pas, ce qui est relou c’est que si on rentre plutôt tard nous devons réveillé le concierge sur place pour avoir l’accès de notre chambre

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The heater worked perfectly. We really appreciated having a small refrigerator in our room. The bathroom was very small but all the fixtures worked. The heated towel rack was also appreciated.

Hotel muito bom com ótima localização cim proximidade do Metrô. Tem uma tradição muito legal no café da manhã que encantam os hóspedes. A Angélica é um ser humano de luz, com muito carisma na parte da recepção do café da manhã, que deixa tudo muito aconchegante. Fechar o café da manhã com eles, vale super a pena (pelo preço e pela comida). O quarto atendeu as expectativas, com secador de cabelo e secador de toalhas. Água quente e chuveiro bom, além da cama confortável.

Sehr netter Aufenthalt, die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein - aber für mich als Alleinreisende, die sowieso nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer war, wirklich super!

En general todo estuvo bien, solo que las habitaciones sin son demasiado chicas, pero calidad-precio, lo considero adecuado.

Recherche d'un hôtel proche de la rue de la Gaité pour assister à une pièce de théâtre en soirée. L'hôtel Istria répondait tout à fait à notre besoin. En plus, il est tout près du cimetière Montparnasse où nous voulions le matin aller nous promener et voir des tombes d'hommes et femmes célèbres. Hôtel proche du boulevard, mais AUCUN bruit de voiture perçu. Nuit impeccable. Bonne literie, chambre bien arrangée. Jolie éclairage. Bouilloire, sachets de thé et de café à disposition, ainsi qu'un petit frigo. Belle salle de bain fonctionnelle et bien équipée.

Nice location on a quiet side street between Raspail and Montparnasse. Attractive and comfortable room. Great Chinese restaurant down the street

Une atmosphère accueillante, une chambre agréable, propre, un petit déjeûner simple mais parfait, dans un endroit que j'ai aimé.
