Ambiance was superb, Checking In and out was smooth that took only for a couple of minutes. The Reception Staff was accommodating except for one employee (girl Bartender in the Cafè/Bar at the Lobby)! She was so arrogant, we're just asking for the closing time but she ignored us many times! The Room Size was good enough for the number of guests. Comfort Room was amazing, with complete towels and toiletries, just the Exhaust Fan not working properly. Ventilation is good with air conditioning. Just missing a room telephone, need to always go down to the Reception if you need anything. But Overall satisfied.
