Staff very friendly, nice small pool would be great if it had a small sauna or steam room. Disappointed in the room in that the shower only had a hand held shower and no overhead or wall mounted shower. No usb charging options so remember your charger. Location is great near metro station and walking distance to the cathedral.

Hugo on reception made us very welcome. Lovely spacious room.

Petite piscine mais cozy. Bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont minuscules. Lit confortable. Chambre sur la cour intérieure calme. Secteur sans attrait le soir.

Tout est a proximité. Établissement propre et personnel trés agréable. La piscine chauffée et la salle de sport sont un petit plus. Seul bémol, comme partout à Marseille, le stationnement.

Best western est toujours sans reproche, tout était de qualité, la seule chose qui me gêne c'est cette caution de 100€, en général, les gens qui vont dans un hôtel de cette qualité, sont respectueux et ils n'ont pas faim.

Hôtel très bien situé à 2 min de la station de métro et à 5 min d’un centre commerciale. Une multitude de choix de restauration à proximité. La chambre était propre, et superbe surprise une station de charge pour téléphone à induction. Seul bémol, le vis à vis

Wasn’t what I was expecting for a 4 star hotel. Not bad, not good, just OK.

the room was full of bugs and we were bitten all night. there we re 2 pillows, 1 a large cushion, which was too large to lie on, and another, very very small one that was hard and memory foam. We had an absolutely awful night. the A/C was broken in the lobby as was the revolving door. the whole experience was awful. I'd absolutely not recommend. For the price, it was awful...

Chambre avec des murs tres fins. A chaque fois qu'une personne entrait ou sortait de sa chambre, sa porte d'entrée claque et fait vibrer toute la chambre. se faire réveiller a 5h du matin pas les autres clients pas top
