It was wonderful to stay in this clean and comfortable apartment. The facility was good. Especially host was very kind and good at English. He checked us everyday if every thing is O.K. Market is very near. It is just 15 min from old town on foot. From seashore, it is 50 m apart. Since the apartment is very quiet, I can sleep deeply. I hope to stay again when I visit Split in the next time.

It was nice to stay in Apartmani Marija. Host was very kind and always checked the guests' status everyday. I was impressed at host's care. I also can communicate with host before arriving in Split. It was comfortable to communicate with him via email. I can ask him the bust ticket to other city. Every facilities in the room was excellent. Air-conditioner was great. I felt that I stayed in my apartment. Especially room was very quiet. Maket Billa is very near to apartment. Old town is 20 min on foot. Medical school is 20 min on foot. Since there was a conference in the medical school of the University of Split, I can walk every day. In front of apartment, there were trees and vegetables. One should be improved is the WiFi function. It was weak in the room so that I used internet outside of room. Since the weather was fresh, there was no problem in working outside of room. There were mosquitoes probably near apartment or seashore. The mosquito-repellent lotion will be good for protection. I used mosquito-coil in the room. I hope to stay in Apartmani Marija again when I visit Split again. I strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who visit Split.

Location was just perfect with little child; restaurants, beaches and groceries were all near, the appartment was really spacious and Ivan was just a perfect host!

We were 5 women who stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and Ivan was so kind and helpful. He really made an effort to give us the best experience as possible! The apartment was close to the beach and supermarket. With an Uber you reached the old town within 5 minutes and Mall of Split and City Center One (two big shopping malls) within 15 minutes. The apartment has everything you need, including air conditioning. I’m definitely returning to Split and to this apartment :)

The host was exceptionally accommodating, and the apartment was superbly located.

I stayed in this apartment recently for five nights whilst visiting Split. I was greeted upon arrival by the owner, he helped me in and showed me where everything was. I found the apartment to be very clean, very spacious, and containing everything I would need for my stay. I felt very comfortable there. It is very well situated for the local beaches, and is only a short walk into the old town of Split. If you have a car, there is plenty of space to park. If you need to buy some provisions there is a small Spa supermarket just around the corner. I would recommend this apartment for anybody visiting Split.

Apartamento com decoração antiga mas bem confortável à 2 Km do Old town de Split. Estacionamento no local e todos equipamentos para uma boa estadia. Ivan foi um excelente anfitrião.

This apartment is attached to the owner's home. It has a private parking space and is in a nice section of town. It is a 5 - 10 min walk to the beach and 20 min walk to the old town. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It is an excellent choice for a family.

Excellant location, great service Ivan took care of every need we had and was an great host. No request was too small or big for him was a pleasure staying.

Muito próximo a praia, 1 km do ferry para as ilhas. Com 3 mercados próximo e outras facilidades. Com estacionamento descoberto e wi-fi. Apartamento completo. Dois quartos ótimos, com fogão, geladeira, freezer e cafeteira. O Ivan, proprietário, ajudou-nos em tudo, muito solicito e simpático. Muito obrigada. Super recomendo!

This is a spacious apartment for families on a budget. Near several beaches and up to 1km walk from Split old town. Decor and furnishings quite old-fashioned, but I gave it good scores as it's all fine if you're on a tight budget.

Fresh, nice, close to the beach, you had towels and all the amenities you needed. Ivan was also very helpful with booking shuttles and showing us where to go. We even forgot a pair of earring that he called the airport shuttle driver to ask if we wanted to turn around and come get, very kind! Cozy little outdoor patio, with olive trees and pomegrenades an arms lenght away.

We were staying in family visiting Split for the first time in August. The flat is in very condition. The owner very friendly and always available. Split beaches are about 15min walking distance, but both types are possible small stones or sand. Downtown is about 25 minutes walk. Valuable private parking is available down the flat. All facilities are in the surrounding: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, etc. We definitely recommend the place.

Worth going on a ferry to the islands. Air con was good. Nevera was a good fish restaurant

This lovely apartment is at the far end of the beach - walking distance to the Palace but far enough away from all the hubbub of the touristy parts. Our host was very accommodating, checking with us to ensure all was well and drove us to the bus station.

Ivan was a great host. He was friendly and eager to help with suggestions and advice. Overall, the place was very convenient to get to, and beautiful beaches were just around the block. The place was very clean and is spacious and comfortable. Ivan was welcoming and just amazing. He also mailed my headphones that I forgot at his place back to me. You will not regret staying at his place. Thank you Ivan.

Leuk en mooi appartement. Heel aardige eigenaar. Rustige locatie, 20 minuutjes wandelen naar het centrum. Appartement was netjes en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig.
