두브로브니크 안에서도 중간에 있어서 위치적으로는 최고의 숙소 였습니다. 바로 앞에 피자집도 가성비 좋고요.

It is well located. The place is very clean. And the host is super kind and helpful. It was just perfect place to stay. I have been traveling for two weeks and it was the best place I stayed. I will definitely stay this place again if I travel Dubrovnik again.

단순히 잠만자는곳.여행자 입장에서 숙소로부터 어떤 정보도 얻을수 없고 상주하는 직원이 없어서 불편함

구시가 한가운데 있고 바로 근처에 미슐랭 추천 레스토랑 PORTO 골목이라 찾기 쉬워요. 엘베는 없는데, 저는 다행히 2층이었어요. 주인 아주머니 굉장히 친절하세요 ^^ 방은 깔끔하구요. 미니주방이 있는데 커피포트에 석회 같은게 쌓여 있는데 설겆이 할땐 안벗겨 지지만 물 끓이면 떠오르더라구요 ㅠㅠ 엉엉; 그것 말고는 상태 괜찮았어요! 구시가 한중간이라 밤늦게 돌아다니기 좋긴한데 어차피 10시정도에는 상점들도 문 닫아서 사실 조금 외부에 잡아도 크게 상관 없을 것 같아요 ^^

깔끔하고 좋았어요. 계단이 살짝 힘들어요.

8월 19일~22일 3박을 지냈습니다. 성내 위치가 좋아 찾기가 쉬었고, 옥상 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다. 특히나 주인분께서 너무 잘해주셔서 3박 내내 즐거운 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 원룸으로 되어 있다고 생각하시면 됩니다.

아주 불만스러움.

This lovely apartment was located in the center of the old town. Was easy to find n close to everywhere! I didn't have any problems while I stay 4 nights.

It was good stay. Clean,cozy and comfortable. Kitchenwares and utensils were useful. It is located near by one of main gate of the old town. You can walk around all the old town inside and the Wall. And famous view point for the old town from outside and beach is also approached by walk in 20minutes. But there is no lift. If someone has heavy stuff, request for lower floor. Of course upper floor has better window view with neighbor's roof. If you don't really want to stay at the room all day long, I highly recommend this place.

한국인 후기가 없어 걱정했는데 넘 좋았어요. 5월 중순 3박했구요. 찾아가는 게 어려울까봐 미리 메일을 보냈는데 답변대로 찾아가니 쉽게 찾을 수 있었어요. 깨끗하고 예쁘고 사진과 똑같았어요. 위치도 넘 좋아서 관광 중간 중간 들어가 쉬었다 다시 나올 수 있어 넘 좋았어요. 가장 좋았던 점은 공항에서 수하물 문제가 있었는데 적극적으로 저를 대신해 통화해주시고 알아봐주셔서 숙소에서 받을 수 있게 해주어 넘 고마웠어요. 1층에 피자집이 있어 시끄럽다고 하셨는데 저희는 4층인가? 여서 크게 시끄럽지 않아서 잘 잤어요. 추천해요 ^^

위치가 너무 좋아서 좋았어요~ 다만, 제가 아파트타입인데 주방없는걸 확인못하고 예약해서 3일간 매우불편했지만 있는타입으로 신청하시면좋을꺼같네요. 매우 친절하시고,사랑스러운 주인분이시라 묵는내내 편하실꺼에요 강추합니다

Door handles was broken and took several attempts by property to fix! Had to ask for clean towels. Bedding was not charged daily. Small accommodations and very poor service. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Roko house. Very convenient location in Old Town Dubrovnik- near the Pile gate and near everything. The walk from the Pile gate to Roko house is not bad, the only stairs you’ll encounter is inside the apartment building.You get 20% off if you eat at their restaurant downstairs and the food and staff were amazing. Ljerka is helpful and accommodating, she gave us tips on where to eat and how to get around. No daily housekeeping but they provided us with clean towels everyday. The rooms are small but as expected as it’s inside old town but beware if you have large suitcases as you’ll have to move things around inside the room and be creative with the luggage’s. Room is clean, ac in good working condition and high water pressure. Highly recommend if staying in old town! Thank you Ljerka and Christine!

Beautiful little apartment in one of the most convenient parts of the old town, 2 minutes walk inside the main gate. Nicely furnished, great aircon, and good communication with the lady who gave us the keys. It is directly above and opposite restaurants on a side street but surprisingly quiet anyway - the double glazing is very effective.

The property is located on top of a lovely restaurant. If you need anything you have to ask the staff to call the property manager. The response time is very good and staff at the restaurant are fantastic!

We met the owner on arrival on time. We were walked to our room and provided with lots of advice and guidance regards services, eateries, sight's to see. All in all a great host and accommodation meeting our needs.
