최고의 숙소. 모든 가족들에게 칭찬을 받았습니다. 방이 잘 정돈 되어있고 사랑스럽게 꾸며져 있었습니다. 정원과 5분 거리의 알링턴로우는 인생샷을 찍는 포인트입니다.

방 상태, 위치 등 모든 면에서 만족스러웠던 숙소입니다.

the front garden owned by the hotel is great. some staff were helpful and kind.Eespecially staff in the restuarant were pleasant. However the girl at desk was so rude when I checked out. I wouldn’t go back to the hotel again.

호텔에서 머물면 좋겠다 싶어서 1일 머물렀는데, 호텔 자체는 아늑하고 좋았습니다. 호텔 앞에 정원 방문 추천드려요. 참고로 시골이라 테스코나 웨이트로즈 같은 슈퍼마켓이 없습니다. (차로 10~15분 정도 거리의 다른 마을로 가야 해요.) 그런데 2일 이상 있을 만한지는 모르겠네요.

찾아가기 힘들었지만 편안하고, 즐거운 시간 보냈어요~ 추천합니다.

직원들이 친절한고 아주 열심히 합니다. 식사가 아주 최고입니다. 아침의 공기는 멋져요.

Absolutely Loved our room and the hotel!

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but sometimes it was difficult to get hot water. The restaurant was stylish, and the dinner and breakfast were also good. Bibury is very crowded with tourists, but I think it is a privilege for guests to be able to enjoy Bibury early in the morning when no one else is around.

The hotel was fine but it's not worth the price. Staff were helpful when you could get one but the front desk was often unstaffed for long periods. Parking was a problem. We had to leave and eat somewhere else before checking in later that night. There isn't enough parking for the size of the hotel so I assume that you might never get to park there. Room was a bit worn i.e. tiles in shower were pink but one had clearly broken and been replaced with a green one.

ホテルスタッフすべて親切でにこやかな対応でした。 室内はゆったりして　ツイン希望でしたので　現状キングサイズベッドを　ベッドメーキングし直しツインに変えて下さいました。お手数おかけしました。 ただ一点　こらは重要なポイントですが　トイレの排水流れがすこぶる悪い。　トイレットペーパーすら一回で流れなくて　私たちは毎回ロビーのトイレを使用していました。 それ以外はよかったのですが・・・古い施設なので仕方ない　どの部屋も流れが悪いとの説明でした。

The hotel was nice but the only way to our room was by 2 flights of stairs which made getting our bags to our room was a pain and would have been impossible for some. Staff at the desk was nice and freindly but the wait staff never smiled. Town is nice but i would stay in another town next time.

Ok hotel in a good location. Service was very poor. Bar staff complaining amongst themselves about management was very un professional. Food was expensive and mediocre. Room was nice with big bathroom but bed comfort was barely ok.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in an amazing setting! Great food, amazing stay!
