네 깨끗하고 친절했습니다!

체크인할때 카드결제가 중복되는 문제가 있었지만 잘 해결되었고, 테라스가 있는 룸을 예약했는데 방도 넓고 현대적이고 매우 편안했습니다.테라스가 정말 좋았구요. 조식은 가짓수가 많지않았으나 야채,과일,계란,빵 등 모두 신선하고 맛있었습니다. 메인거리에서 조금 떨어져있지만 멀지않고, 금액대비 호텔이 매우 훌륭하기에 추천합니다

위치가 좋음. 아토차역과 마드리드 시내중심가 가운데에 있어서 도보로 이동가능. 주변에 마트와 간단한 식사를 할수있는 식당이 있음. 방이 좁긴 하지만 4인가족이 이용할수 있는것이 큰 장점임. 옥상에 작은 스파시설이 있어서 더울때 잠시 쉬거나 선탠할수 있음.

Hotel is located very close to all Madrid sites. Room is specious with window to the street. Bed is comfortable. We enjoyed roof top for sunset and used swimming pool to relax and have very delicious drinks. Staff is friendly. Hotel is very well maintained. Would stay there any time.

The staff were beyond helpful, nothing too much trouble. The room was spotless and quite spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very good. As we were out and about most of the day we didn’t bother eating in the hotel so cannot comment on that aspect, nor did we have the time to use the spa.

We spent three nights here. The property is spotless, and the location is very close to most attractions. They also have an amazing rooftop where you can have drinks while waiting for sunset. I hope the male receptionists will learn from their female colleagues to have a smile while attending to guests.

Great location & rooftop terrace.

The hotel was in a great location, right off the metro and a 10 minute walk to Atocha station. The room was clean but the air conditioning was weak, as to be expected in Europe. Our room rarely got under 73 degrees. The rooftop was amazing but the pool was closed when we wanted to go.

The swimmingpool wasn’t in use. The air condition worked really slowly. There was no iron/ironboard in the room. No personal feeling from the staff. When we checked out no-one asked how our stay was. And the direction we got to go with the metro to the AirPort was wrong….. But clean, and stylish. And Close to a LOT of sightseeing.
