If I could give more than 5 stars for how friendly and helpful the staff was, I would. It's a lovely little hotel in a great neighbourhood. The entrance is deceiving, and it took us a little while to find it. The breakfast had a large selection.

The room was clean except mold in the shower. The bed was very hard and the room had no chair or sofa to sit on only the bed. I was dishearted to see so much litter and dirty areas through the nearby shops and restaurants. Great dining at Social Pizza clean great service and great food. Difficult to see so many people of this area not taking care of common areas

Very convenient, 7 min walk to closest train station. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Free breakfast

Staff very helpful, room always very clean, very central with transport available, Overall very satisfied, will almost certainly use it again in the future;

Grocery shop located very conveniently nearby. Downtown Campobasso very easy to reach at walking distance from the hotel location. Great hotel dinner gourmet options.

Our room was in the annex of this hotel which is located on the 5th floor of a charming apartment building. After checking in, we located our room which is reached via some stairs, OR as we discovered on our last day, a lift! Breakfast is good but the breakfast area is very small and does get crowded at times. Our room was lovely, with a good rainforest shower, cleaned to a high standard every day.

Siri un encanto, nada más llegar nos atendió de maravilla, nos cambió la habitación a una con balcón. La habitación y el baño nuevo pero el añadido donde se encuentra daba un poco de miedo. Muy bien situado en el Vomero.

Great location! slightly outside of the busy city center of naples but still extremely accessible. Train 1 minute walk away! Staff was very helpful with helping us navigate the area and accommodating by holding our luggage prior to check in.

Hotel bem interessante, fica no último andar de um prédio. Equipe muito simpática e prestativa. Excelente localização, acho fundamental ficar nesta região indo a Nápoles. Hotel simples mas limpo e que cumpriu muito bem o seu papel. Ficaria nele novamente.

Loved everything, it was extremely warm, the air was not super cold.you could not leave it on if you left as you needed to keep your room key inserted in order for air to work

The staff were all helpful and happy, the hotel itself is tired now, walls need painting, some general maintenance in the bathroom etc. Good location up on Vomero Hill, near to Metro and Furnicular

Très bon hôtel sur une colline surplombant la ville et la mer. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Naples. Il y a 3 lignes de funiculaires qui vous emmènent dans les quartiers les plus intéressants de Naples en 5-10 minutes. Chambre confortable et propre. Au calme. Quartier Vomero très joli, il y a des restaurants et du shopping. Tout proche de la Chartreuse San Martino.

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé (Métro Vanvitelli et sommet des 3 funiculaires). Il n'occupe que le 5ème étage d'un bel immeuble ancien avec un ascenseur de type cage à oiseaux. Chambre spacieuse avec grande télé (Netflix). J'étais côté cour avec une petite vue sur mer. Par contre le WIFI est un peu lent. Petit déjeuner classique avec des produits basiques (Jus d'orange bien chimique)

Hôtel charmant bien situé sur la colline du Vomero, accès proche des transports (funiculaire, métro...) et à l'écart de la ville bruyante. Chambre spacieuse, confortable, moderne. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Nous avons aussi pu laisser les bagages le dernier jour avant de les récupérer pour l'aéroport. Nous le recommandons.
