다 좋습니다. 꺠끗하고 설비도 아주 양호합니다. 다만, 파리 현지인 얘기로는 지역 자체가 좀 안좋은데라고 하더군요 중국인들이 많이 사는 동네인듯 동양인이 거리에서 많이 보입니다. 전철에서 먼 것이 유일한 단점입니다. 가장 가까운 역으로 짐 때문에 택시를 이용했더니 25유로 나오고 걸어서 이동하기에는 제일 가까운 지하철 역이 20 분 걸립니다.

침대가 너무 불편하고 직원들은 너무 느리고 하우스키핑이 일주일에 한번이라 너무 불편함 숙박기간이 2박3일이라 한번도 못받아봄.

전체적으로만족스러웠습니다. 파리시내와도 가깝고 바로 밑에 마켓도 있고 시설도 깨끗하고 편리했습니다! 지하철이 조금 떨어져있긴했지만 짐을옮길때를 제외하고는 역까지 가는데 불편함은 없었습니다. 클리닝서비스 또한 일주일에 한번이긴 하지만 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 다만 수건도 클리닝서비스때만 새로 제공되기 때문에 3일이상머무시는분들은 수건을 챙겨가시는게 좋을듯합니다!

장점은 가격대비 큰방과 깨끗한 룸 커디션이 매우 만족스러웠고 조식도 괜찮은편이었으며 1층에 카르푸가 있어 편리했습니다. 다만 지하철역과 거리가 멀어 불편함을 감수해야하고 드라이기와 슬리퍼는 없다는 것. 전체적으로는 거리를 제외하고 아주 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

침대와 위치를 제외하고는 아주아주 훌륭했어요. 청소상태도 깨끗했고, 직원들도 친절했어요.. 옆에 까르푸도 있고요. 주변환경도 그리 위험해 보이지 않았어요. 가격도 싸고요. 침대는 소파침대에요. 조금 불편했어요. 위치는 도심에서 멀어요.. 루브르박물관까지 전철 13정거장, 버스 6정거장이에요.. 40~50분정도 소요되요. 참, 7호선 Porte de Choisy 역에서, 버스 183번을 타시고 Malassis 역에서 하차하신후, 가던길로 조금 더 가면 오른쪽에 숙소가 보여요.. 절대로 7호선 Malrle d'Ivry 역에서 걸어가지 마세요. 언덕길을 올라가야하고 40분정도 걸려요. 너무 멀어서 힘들어요.

지하철역에서 10분정도 걸어야하는 불편함이 있지만 위치 빼고는 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 영어를 하는 직원이 많지 않아 다른 시설을 이용하는데에 불편함이 있었습니다. 하우스 키핑 서비스는 돈을 지불해야해서 하지 않았지만수건과 화장지는 부탁하면 교환해줍니다. 조리시설이 있고 바로 밑에 까르푸가 있어써 식비를 절약할 수 있고 요리를 만들어먹을 수 있습니다. 대중교통의 불편함 빼고는 추천합니다.

The Room was dirth and had to change rooms because of the curtains and soiled bed sheets. In the second room we had to clean everything by ourselves when you ask a second key for the room it is like asking a favor . Additionally they woke us up in the morning to tell us that a cockroach technichian wanted to access the room , when we mentioned we needed 30 minutes the receptionist started insisting mentioning he came specifically for this . If informed prior we could have made the effort , but this shows no respect . Elevators we not working during two days , no excuse or empathy . Very poorly managed establishment.

The hotel was nice and the staff were cautious. I liked the breakfast perk too. I spent 2 nights. The problems I had were: 1. The room was extremely cold. At some point the heater was on but not heating up the room and after a while it went cold. Since the phone to call reception wasn't working, I waited till the next morning to complain and was promised it would be fixed. I went out and when I returned, it worked for some minutes and died again. I spent the 2 nights there in my winter jacket. 2. The room was not cleaned on the second day. Other than that, everything was good.

Chambre propre, personnel compétent et environnement agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Des incompétent et aucune professionnalisme. Le receptionist nous a prélevé 2 fois l'acompte pour la garantie, jusqu'à aujourd'hui ca fait une semaine nou ne sommes pas remboursé. Il nous a proposer un parking sous terrain protégé , et nous l'avons accepté et payé. La nuit en arrivant devant le parking la télécommande ne marche pas, la porte de garage ne s'ouvre pas, nous avons déplacer la voiture. Le matin le responsable nous a confirmé que il y a une panne et nous n'avons même pas été rembourser pour le parking. C'est du vol.

My daughter and I were in Paris for a short weekend getaway. The hotel was easy to find. We were grateful to be able to park right at the premises for a reasonable fee. It is very conveniently located as described in the listing. Our room was cozy and clean. The room included Wifi, kitchenette, and complimentary beverages and snacks. No air conditioner, but we opened the windows and used the fan. This would not be our choice during the hotter summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a very comfortable and safe night's sleep. We didn't eat breakfast during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel vraiment chaud sans clim. Personnels peu professionnels. J ai perdu un colis envoyé a leur adresse. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel. Pas.de.remboursement au cas de.depart anticipé. Tout est compliqué......

Had a great stay in this hotel! It was a very convenient spot with grocery stores, transportation and really good restaurants!! The hotel itself was very clean with lots of nice amenities!! We would absolutely come back here!
