All the staff was very nice and kind. They consider every guests in every aspects. Very convenient to walk around the old Quebac area. Thanks again for their kindness and care.

The hotel is wonderful but the staff was absolutely incredible. They were so friendly and helpful and made the stay a 10 plus. Hotel is in an amazing location. Walkable to everything room was super comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!

Spotless cozy room, front desk were extremely kind and helpful, breakfast was very good and convenient. The hotel is well located if you want to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean and perfectly decorated to go with the hotel’s ambiance. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. The hotels location was perfect and was walkable to all areas of old Quebec. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again

Beautiful old manor in a convenient, quiet location at the edge of Old Quebec. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. I can highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Il est situé près de tous les magasins et restaurants à courte distance de marche. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la station café/tisane disponible toute la journée à volonté.

The staff made this trip extra memorable! The hotel is such a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. A special shoutout to the evening receptionist,Delphin, who tended to all of our needs. We also want to thank Enrik who made the most delicious breakfast crepes. We loved our stay so much, we booked again in August!

Lovely clean room, comfortable mattress and great pillows. Nice breakfast included. All the staff were kind and welcoming. I would particularly like to mention Delphine, who was there in the evenings, to thank her for her care and thoughtfulness, and her excellent suggestions.

The room was spotless and very quiet—we loved it. I personally prefer a softer mattress, and this one was very firm, so it was a little hard for me to get comfortable. The staff were amazing. Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 p.m.; we had a long drive and it was freezing cold. We had called around 1:30 p.m. to let them know we’d be arriving early, but it seems the housekeeper was unable to tend to the room in time. The Expedia description mentioned a breakfast buffet and a deep soak tub. The tub was a standard tub, and the “buffet” was a continental breakfast. I had expected a full hot breakfast buffet—perhaps in Québec a continental breakfast is considered a buffet. Overall, it’s a beautiful location and we would stay again. The area is perfect.
