When I arrived, I had trouble with the digital key and virtual check in process. At the time there was nobody at the front desk. I except any hotel to have staff available for check in. That being said, Sophia was most helpful, courteous and came to our room to show us how to use the air conditioning controls. Also, for the price paid I was expecting daily maid service to change towels and sheets and empty garbage bins in the bathroom and bedroom areas. While it was posted on the hotel website that room cleaning was every two days and towels and sheets could be had on request, I believe daily service would be more in keeping with a hotel of this distinction. Breakfast was quite adequate in the lounge with many choices, it would have been nice to have access to the specialty coffee making machine throughout the day. Also noted that from day to day food debris and crumbs on the carpet were not vacuumed up. Over all , however the room appointments such as bedding, pillows and decor were very nice. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends for a lovely stay. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I would return again. Regards, J.L.
