Muito boa, o lugar é incrível, foi uma pena não ter passado mais tempo. Não gostamos muito do jantar mas o café da manhã estava excepcional!!!

Check in was good with a welcome drink from a very friendly Gonzalo. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The hotel has a lot of steps and the rooms are located outside the main building so we had to drag our luggage through the theatre, up and down steps to reach our room- it felt poorly designed with little thought to guests comfort. Thankfully we only had small cases. Our "Superior Deluxe" room was very cold, the heating wasn't working, when reported it was "fixed"- however the temperature never got hot enough and the room felt damp. The towel rail fell off the wall when removing a towel, it was reported and fixed. The shower temperature kept fluctuating from cold to warm to boiling but we had given up reporting and waiting in the room for things to be fixed as we were only there for 2 nights. The buffet breakfast had cold bacon 1st day and cold scrambled eggs the 2nd, the orange juice was watery. It was cold weather and the waitress kept exiting the restaurant via the fire doors and leaving them open letting in a cold draught. Overall a disappointing stay.

A bit dissapointing. I specifically asked for a room with the spectacular view and we got a partial view and the golf course. The beds were too hard for us and so we didnt sleep properly for 2 nights. It wasnt made clear on the booking that we had to pay an extra 25Euros each to go into the pool. The balcony had not been cleaned so we couldnt use the sun beds as there was bird poo on them.

Its in the middle of nowhere, the facilities are fantastic. We were there with 12 friends for a birthday break

This is a very well-run hotel, with friendly and professional staff. Our only observation is that the food at dinner was lukewarm and there was a lack of vegetables. The breakfast was plentiful but no boiling water ( for tea ) - only hot water. We would return!

Excelente experiencia en general, lugar para quien busca tranquilidad absoluta en un entorno precioso. Atención y limpieza muy buena, desayuno muy completo con terraza y vistas a los campos de golf. Repetiremos!

Large hotel with spacious rooms. Very formal and professional staff. Not new but not too dated either. The service level doesn’t seem to keep up with the size of the hotel. Annoying too have too wait half an hour for a cup of coffee in the morning, or stand in line for anything at all. No place left in the spa. Somebody had cleaned the windshield of our car during the night, nice gesture.

La verdad es que el hotel nos gustó mucho. El único motivo por el cual no le doy la máxima puntuación es porque el acceso al spa, que es una de las principales atracciones del hotel, no está incluido en la reserva. Si deseas utilizarlo, debes pagarlo por separado, lo cual no se menciona en Expedia. Fuera de eso, el hotel es excelente y el personal es muy atento.

I stay often at this hotel and every time it’s a pleasure. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, the staff are lovely, the pool is great and breakfast buffet is nice.

Personal muy amable y formal. Habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda, con vistas. Desayuno muy bien. El hotel tiene sus años pero todo está entero. El spa estaba cerrado por reparaciones cuando estuvimos.

Very comfortable room overlooking the golf course. Excellent WiFi. Very limited options to eat/drink - especially as the weather was terrible and being indoors was the only thing to do.

Demasiadas escaleras y habitaciones fuera del edificio (tipo motel). Si las condiciones climatológicas son adversas, problema. El bufete de la cena no es bueno, el del desayuno mejor, sería exquisito si la bollería estuviera tierna. Pero en general muy bien
