34㎡ 넓이의 디럭스룸을 예약했는데 20~23㎡ 정도의 작은 방을 주었습니다. 가격이 거의 두 배나 높은 방을 예약했는데 낮은 등급의 방을 주더군요. 매우 불만족

매우 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 겁니다:).

- Không chạy điều hoà trong phòng (lễ tân giải thích là tháng này chưa bật., mặc dù trời rất nóng và không thể mở cửa sổ vì khách sạn sát đại lộ ầm ĩ tiếng ô tô!) - Vệ sinh phòng rất kém, bồn tắm bẩn - Tôi ở đây 1 tuần và không ngày nào không thiếu thứ gì đó: khăn mơi, nước, áo tắm, xà phòng... Báo với lễ tân thì họ sửa ngay, nhưng như vậy là thiếu chuyên nghiệp.

I book to stay here for 3 nights with breakfast included. Upon checking-in, I mentioned that my reservation has breakfast included. And the receptionist informs me "no". I ask for the recheck and finally she says "yes". I also ask them if there is any additional charge for my child (11-year-old) -- both for the room and breakfast. She says "no". Everything has paid via online booking. Yet in the next morning, I still have to pay ₩15.000 additional charge meal for my child. So I'm angry with their services. This is a 4-star hotel but the service is not good. Breakfast is not good. It's not of standard. We are disappointed.

The price is the same as the promo rate, don't expect the big room as a website picture. Room too small can't even put 1 big luggage but for 1 person & short stay is still okay
