Excellent location. Wonderful staff. A bit expensive but then that is crans Montana. 

Very convenient - clean, helpful staff and nice spa/pool area for kids 

We had a nice time, but they charge you Chf5 per towel to go to the pool and don't even tell you in advance, you find out at check out. So 4 people is Chf20 a day, its a lot, and not friendly. Also Chf15 for the bathrobe, really crazy
