The views were really nice. The stuff was a really pleasant and helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Lack of water in the rooms no refrigerator . Bathroom ceiling, moldy, moldy.

Correu como esperado. Tudo normal.

Excelente apartamento, bem localizado, perto de supermercado, farmácia, parada de ônibus e metro. Apenas 15 minutos de caminhada se está no Porto.

Très propre et très bon hôtel

Arrivé à l'hôtel, il n'y avait aucune place de parking car il y avait 4 conférences dont une politique,une de médecine et le reste je ne sais pas mais tout était plein jusqu'à passé minuit. Nous avons pris 2 chambres, l'une d'entre elle sentait fort la moisissure. Nous sommes allés à la réception et sois disant ils n'avaient plus de chambre disponible. Nous avons contacté hotel.com et après 1h, l'hôtel nous propose une autre chambre et il a donc fallu déménager en pijama avec notre fille de 3 ans qui dormait déjà car il était déjà 23h. De plus l'hôtel était en travaux. Le 1er étage et rien sur hotel.com ne le signaler. Il y avait simplement une affiche dans l'ascenseur qui disait qu'il y avait des travaux et que ça commencerait à 10h. À 9h nous étions au petit déjeuner au rez-de-chaussée et nous entendions déjà les machines. Je plains les malheureux qui voulait dormir.

Excelente estrutura. Muito cômodo. Boa localização.

Cama desconfortável, banheiro com banheira enferrujada, ar não funcionava. Café da manhã razoável. Vista do quarto muito boa.

Local péssimo, cheiro forte de mofo, saiu uma lacraia da toalha do banheiro Saímos do hotel 2 horas após chegar já que não tinha condições de dormir naquele quarto sujo e cheirando a mofo

Espacio y aparcamiento. La habitación al tener vistas daba a parte de las vías y no estaba bien insonorizada.

We stayed for one night in transit between destinations. The waitress at dinner was welcoming and provided great service, but all other staff we encountered were indifferent to our presence. The hotel seemed to cater only to a large tour group there that night, and our room was dated and uncomfortable. We won’t be returning.

A very good hotel in a very convenient location. On site parking. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

Hotel com vista fantástica, atendimento simpático, quarto espaçoso. Fica a promessa de experimentarmos o restaurante, durante a próxima estadia.

Lovely hotel with plenty of parking. Great views of Coimbra. Hotel a little dated but very comfortable. Food was excellent.

Good breakfast buffet. Furnishings and bed a little dated

We had a slight problem with our room - the problem was literally dealt with in a couple of minutes and we were upgraded to a suite Fantastic customer service!!

Great view, breakfast and parking. Requested king or queen, and was given two double beds.
