The room was too small, but the staffs were kind and friendly, especially the breakfast was really great, so I generally love it.

Everything was great. When I was checking in, the reception woman was beautiful and kind. The room was very clean, and they clean up everyday. The breakfast was great. And it is quiet to get rest.

일단 주변 환경을 미리 알았다면 예약하지 않았을 겁니다. 밤 늦게 일포드역에 도착했는데, 호텔까지 가는 동안 가로등이 거의 없어 애들과 애들 엄마가 너무 무서워했습니다. 호텔에 도착해서도 방이 2층 (우리 식으로는 3층)인데 엘리베이터가 없어 무거운 짐을 다 들어서 옮겨야 했습니다. 다행히 방은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 카펫은 좀 지저분했으나, 침대 메트리스 품질은 좋지 않았으나, 침대보는 깨끗했습니다. 패밀리룸을 예약했는데, 퀸베드 2개 및 싱글 1개라서 4인 가족이 지내기 충분했고, 다락방이라 삼각지붕에 달려 있는 창으로 들어오는 햇살이랑 바람이 좋았습니다. 제일 좋았던 점은 아침식사로 나온 English breakfast가 너무 맛 있었고, 동유럽 출신인 듯한 주방 아주머니들이 매우 친절했습니다. 혼자 런던에 오면 다시 묵을 의향도 있지만, 가족들과는 다시 오지 않을 것 같습니다.

Cheap useful room, with fridge and microwave. Hob and sink outside (no pots or plates etc, bring your own). Only 1 very thin pillow each, only 1 teaspoon. Plenty of sockets, free parking if you are lucky, but you can park on road until 8.30am. We did this and were able to park onsite at 8. We would go again.

The radiator had pink dye down it, which was also found on the "clean and fresh" towels. I was asked to pay a £100 sercurity fee upon my arrival as failure to do so was going to prevent me checking in. This was not stated on the website at all when I booked my stay. Reception staff were adamant that it was on the website but no matter how many times I told them they were having none of it. Even the guests checking in after me were shocked so there's proof it wasn't just a careless mistake and misunderstanding of my own. There is actually 4 blocks to the hotel each of which has a different door posing a security risk!! Found a slug in my bathroom and crack in the freshold slabs of the bathroom. There was a dent in the floorboards under the carpet near my bedside table which could have caused me to injure my ankle and/or foot. The view from my window was someone elses back garden that could be accessed by others (so much for privacy when my room and bathroom window is literally in someone's garden). I would never ever stay here again. You get one pillow that you have to fold to get a decent night sleep. The duvet is as thin as anything. Beds are hard. Carpet is outdated. Don't stay here I don't recommend unless your desperate and beware they ask for a 100 pound sercurity fee upon arrival and you get this back 3 to 7 days after checkout which I'm yet to see if I even get back. Appalled is an understatement.

The room was clean but unfortunately the tv was green on every channel and the toilet would not flush so had to keep filling up the kettle to pour water down it. Would be nice to have a hair dryer as well.

I made my reservation on online with the room of my choice, I went down there hoping to stay in the room which I paid for , surprisingly they gave me another postcode, hotel and totally different room. Very dirty and untidy. I have no option than to leave room the same night that I meant to there to have some good rest. Very deceiving , I’m totally disappointed, will never recommend

I was sent to another hotel when I booked here. It was a 10-minute walk from Britannia. The second reception I arrived at then directed me to a room in a third building. It was not worth the effort! The room was OK but full of the scent of weed from outside. Staff were polite but hardly friendly and frankly I felt like a burden! The shower wasn't great either. I appreciate it's a budget hotel but all in all, I won't be going back.
