Very happy. The room was very fine. In our room there was not much noise from the traffic. The staff was very nice. And very service minded. We will come back there if we are in Manila. Thanks for good stay Leesons Residences. Regards from Norway.

no water in the faucet, no bidet.

Very clean and staffs are very nice and accommodating... near in 7-eleven and near at robinsonmall ermita, except that they don't have a restaurant inside the building, and also the wifi connection is not good but there is a small carinderia beside their building, cheap but awesome and foods were so good. Walking distance in lrt taft.

The ac didn't work,very hot and there isnt water in the bathroom until 10.00 pm.the tv hard to operate.luckily the staff finally change my room.i think the manager must check every room every day and make sure everything work well before a guest check in.

It's a nice hostel with a very affordable price! The location too is safe and free from loud noise from the busy streets, the staffs are accommodating! I will surely come back

For the 4 days of staying in this hotel, the door key card was not functioning and it was not fixed. No elevator, you have to climb all the way up by stairs, not good for the elderly.

Banyak tempat makan di sekitar hotel, kamar bersih dan nyaman. Deposit pungga 1500. Terlalu mahal saya akan kembali lain waktu. Terima kasih leeson residence.

Cannot sleep well because of the noisy sound from the vehicles near the hotel. Some crotches came out and looking for food in the hotel room and toilet

Internet connection so poor. We stayed for few days for business matter but sad to say we cannot even connect if inside the room. Sorry but really cannot recommend.

I booked a room for 3 guests, they gave us a room for 2 and charged us an additional payment. Amazing.

They assigned us to 5th floor and the hotel doesnt have an elevator. The day after we requested to bring our breakfast in our room and they asked for a payment which is 35 pesos per plate. We accepted the charge just to avoid the inconvenience of going down and up. On the other hand, the room was clean.

The hotel staff was very helpful, especially their security guards who served as the front-desk at the time that we've checked-in around 11pm.

좋은 가격에 좋은 숙박이었습니다. 가격은 저렴했지만 숙소는 꽤 좋았습니다. 방은 정말 깨끗했고, 직원들은 친절하고 이해심이 많았습니다. 게다가 버스 정류장과도 꽤 가까워서 편리했습니다.

The wifi is so damn. Sobrang hina ng wifi connection this is my second time na ng stay akl ko nung unasir lng wifi nila pero nung panglawang besessame isaue mhina yung wifi but the rest is ok yung wifi lng talaga

Stay was generally good. You wouldn’t expect much from this type of accommodation, but our stay had been pretty decent and room was spacious enough. If anything, I would suggest to use blackout curtains as it will help guests to have better quality of sleep. Staff are also very polite and professional

The place I stayed with has had no issue when it comes to amenities, it has decent speed wifi connection, air conditioned, has shower heater and local tv connection, downside though it has no complimentary bottled water or at least coffee available. Few baby cockroaches roaming the kitchen I hope they would look upon this matter. Overall experience was awesome. Personnel are great and respectful.

Horrible! Not good! The bed is not good the shower is not functioning and cockroach is your friend! They have water heater but the electrical plug isn't much useless!
