주차장은 지하에있어 편리하고 약간 외곽이라 조용하며 스텝들서비스가 만족. 아침조식은 기본적으로 먹을만함. 가격대비 좋은 호텔.

출장차 1박을 했는데 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다 .근처에 쇼핑센터와 신트라 관광지도 가깝구요 깨끗한 호텔입니다

La propreté des lieux, la réception des employés et leur serviabilité. La disponibilité du restaurant pour déjeuner et autres repas et le stationnement intérieur.

La struttura è vicina alla superstrada e al Centro di Sintra, con parcheggio disponibile. Varia e abbondante la colazione

We had a great stay at the Ibis. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything was wonderfully clean, and we enjoyed a highly comfortable bed with great pillows that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The shower was also excellent with great water pressure.The only downside was that the air conditioning in the rooms was not working. Luckily, it wasn’t very hot during our stay, so the room temperature remained manageable with the window open. Despite the AC issue, the cleanliness, comfort, and warm service made it a wonderful experience.

Good place to stay

No frills, spartan hotel

Hotel situé dans une grande zone commerciale et près d une voie rapide. Mais tres bien insonorisé. Aucun bruit. Meme en interne. Petit dejeuner copieux alliant sucre salé a volonté. Personnel discret mais disponible.

Terrible bathroom modular insert. Room was airless, and despite 32c degrees temperature (90f), air-conditioning was not turned on ('not the season yet' we were told). Had to open the room door to the hallway, and the room window to the alley. Room was very cramped and without sufficient electrical plugs (one by the bed, one in the "bathroom"). No refrigerator, no microwave, no table, no coffee machine, one chair, and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Limited parking (typically an extra fee). Over-priced breakfast buffet with limited selection (you'd be better off at Aldi or Lidl). Given the "amenities", badly overpriced. However staff was very friendly.

Funcionários atenciosos, quarto limpo, porém as toalhas não são de boa qualidade (custo X beneficio). Fiquei em Hostel mais simples com toalhas bem melhores. Não usufrui do café da manhã. Hotel dispõe de filtro para água sem custo.

Echt schone kamer. Kamer wel klein, conform IBIS standaard. Avond receptionist bij aankomst erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ander personeel weinig service gericht. Ontbijt (complementary) erg bescheiden. Parkeer garage onder hotel voor €3,- per dag.

The hotel and staff was outstanding , very helpful and extremely family oriented. The breakfast was good with the hours was very generous. Everything we ask and requested was given with smiles. There was markets, restaurants and the pena palace was not too far from the hotel. The only issue we had was the A/C which was immediately addressed within minutes after talking to the hotel manager. Overall this hotel gets an outstanding approval rating from me and my family and recommend those with or without family stay at this hotel.
