Awful overall service, poor communition with a few people. Room condition got worse than my last stay there. I'll never return here on my next trip.

여행이나 출장을 많이 다니는 편이지만, 이 호텔은 내가 본 호텔중 최악이었다. 시내 중심가에 위치해있다고 하지만, 음산한 골목으로 들어가야 했고, 호텔내 인프라도 거의 최악 수준이었습니다. 호텔예약정보에 24시간 셔틀서비스 제공한다는 얘기도 거짓말이고, 호텔에 요청하면 공항까지 택시를 보내주는데 어마어마 비쌉니다. (인터네셔널 공항 720페소, 도메스틱 360페소) 또한 방을 2개 예약했으나, 방 1개가 에어컨이 작동되지 않아 방교체 혹은 에어컨 수리를 요구하였으나 지금 만실로 옮길 방이 없으며, 에어컨 수리는 당장 불가하다는 답변만 하였습니다. 이 더운 날씨에 어떻게 자냐고 물었더니, 2방을 빌렸으니 나머지 한방에 같이 자면 되지 않겠냐고 하네요 호텔을 절대적으로 추천하지 않습니다.

대체적으로 만족, 카운터에서 근무하시는 분들 친절에 감사했습니다.

IT'S GOOD FOR MY VACATION, NICE SERVICE, NICE ROOM. ALMOST GOOD

Clean room. Staff was great.

Friendly reception staff, spoke good English. Clean rooms, good access to restaurants and buses, although the local area could be cleaned up and painted.

Overall, service was outstanding. Very accommodating and helpful in every respect.

Staff was very nice. Room was perfect for me. They offered to change my room quickly once, but I told them thanks but no thanks. About 5 minute to a more street. About a 7 minute walk to a place called “The Temple Club”. If you have time definitely go there! Different tickets for live performances and so many restaurants to choose from too. It’s lively and people dress nice too. This hotel is on the famous street called guitar street. I would go back to this hotel.

The property was nice the staff members very polite and helpful walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The breakfast needs more improvement more verity and they need give free water they charge you for water

The hotel is about 5-10 mins to the Theatre district and other major attractions. The hotel itself is clean & modern inside, staff were very good, progressional & friendly. I’d definitely stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very convenient hotel, perfectly located in the downtown area! Everything was clean, the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Have stayed here before and enjoyed it. Particularly the outside space on the roof with a jacuzzi and sunbathing beds. So when we arrived, it turned out the outside area was closed for maintenance. Totally spoiled the stay for us. However location is good and was very good value.

Estadia maravilhosa. O hotel é ótimo, quarto confortável, com microondas caso precise. Tem uma jacuzzi em um terraço delicioso. Próximo de tudo, praticamente não usei carro pois dava pra ir a pé para a maioria dos lugares. Equipe atenciosa e um bom café da manhã. Voltaria com certeza.
