The internet was fast! The room was clean but outdated looking.. it wasn’t like wowww it was more like ok this’ll do. The air conditioning worked great. You just have to make sure the door to the patio is closed or it won’t work

We had an absolutely amazing week! All of the staff were so helpful and genuinely kind. A huge shoutout to Danielle in the buffet and to the maintenance manager and staff, Roman Medina and Miquel Arcos. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their warmth and outstanding service truly made a difference. We can’t wait to come back!

Mientras cenábamos se metieron a nuestra habitación, fuimos a poner un acta en el hotel y no nos quisieron reubicar porque no tenían habitaciones similares. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, empatía ni Resolución.
