Was fantastic hotel. Room was really huge and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location to access market san pedro, plaza was very convenient. Also, people all were very professional and kind. One of best hotels I ever visited all around the world. I want to recommend this hotel to whoever has plan to visit to cusco, especially with family members. Building, furniture all were historical ans antic. Thanks !

Beautiful peaceful boutique hotel located close to center without being in the thick of tourists around the plazas. Staff always friendly and helpful. Overall an ideal stay in Cuzco

Should have asked for help with air conditioning, it was very hard to get comfortable with breathing. Needed a fan maybe in room, otherwise, lovely.

Excellent staff, good service, high quality rooms

The hotel was amazing – very beautiful and well-designed. The staff were extremely polite and did their best to provide excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, and having a jacuzzi in the room was perfect after long hikes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the location is also very convenient.

Fantastisk upplevelse, alla väldigt vänliga

Good location, check in and check out was good. Room location 106 was terrible on ground floor next the lift when I specifically asked to be away from lift. Noise from corridor and lifts meant poor sleep. Breakfast service was so slow that I didn’t have my ordered eggs which did not arrive after waiting for 30 mins and we were the only people there at 6.30 AM!!! Unfortunately can’t recommend it based on my experience.
