I think hotel owner is changed. First time I book 5 nights. My schedule was changed into 4 nights. So my newzealand friend called to this hotel about booking. They told us it could be. We went. Today I got 5 nights bill... Even I stayed 3 nights. If you are not good at english, rip off prices is natural...

Great shuttle service to airport. Window blind did no cover 100% and the outside light came in too much at night.

That it is close to the airport

Nice place to stay, great people to deal with. Well being going back there again.

Unbelievably helpful with transportation. Pleasant room. Location next to golf course was quiet. Nice tea/ coffee in room. Comfy bed with heat pump split for perfect temperature. Extra nice recommendation of local dining.

We had an early flight, so wanted the convenience of being near the airport. Perfect location. Comfortable stay. Friendly staff.

The veiw was great an watching planes take off an land but the only thing was that we were woken up by loud speaker from i think the golf course

Good place to stay in Stoke

The 2 bedroom apartment we had was very roomy, clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Nice to have a balcony where we could have meals. The kitchen area had all the equipment we needed and we could cook in the room. The management team was great to deal with. We’ll be back.

We loved our stay except for the very noisy water system each time taps were turned on & toilet used😁
