7일 숙박기간동안 침대 시트를 한번도 교환햐주지 않음. 침대 시트 및 수건에 얼룩이 남아있고… 모든 어메니티는 일일히 요청해야해서 엄청부담스러움,..조식포함했는데 메뉴가 엄청 부실해서 먹을것이 별로없음..게다가 가격은 매우 비쌈..

Very comfortable stay and great breakfast

Good location with car park next door

We stayed in the superior king, love the decor, breakfast was amazing, you can also order a drink at the bar just ask. Comfy bed, had room seevice, nice hot shower, great AC, mini fridge, all your basic needs. If you get the chance try the chinese restaurant across the street, 5 star!! Its close enough to the train station and all the shopping and restaurants but in the business district. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent room, very quiet even on the first floor, well appointed. Central location and nearby (if not overpriced!) parking nearby.

The hotel was central with lovely staff. Right next to a car park, which the hotel can discount. Thanks, the stay was lovely.

Made to feel very welcome, we were early arriving and allowed us to check in. Gave us a complimentary drink for my wife’s birthday, unexpected but very much appreciated. Breakfast very good, cooked to order. All very efficient, room comfortable, very good bed and shower.

This 3rd we’ve stayed , staff all so helpful , room spotless and breakfast all the best Scottish products and amazing .. Thankyou once again

Comfortable stay and helpful staff

Where should i start? I booked 5x nights for business: Night 1, broken coffee/tea drinking facilities in the room, no answer at reception desk. Eventually managed to find someone who offered me a coffee from the bar. (good, but what if i want another?). No offer to resolve. Next morning - spoke to reception - would be looked at whilst i was at work. Returned later - no fix. Night 2 - still no fix - complained. Was left a note offering a different room (with 2x chocolate bars) - so eventually resolved - but 2 days?. Whilst i was at work on day 3 my kit was moved - great, but who took the 2x chocolate bars i was given from the previous night..... (i never saw them again!) Evening meals - dont bother at this hotel. Seems like an extreme lack of staff throughout this hotel. On 3 different evenings - i went to bar, there was no-one around, each time I waited 10 minutes, no staff. 2x times i went out - (couldn't be bothered to wait) - the other, I went to room - called reception (no-one at the desk went i passed). It took 5 attempts to get an answer. Was told i could order room service, but would be charged extra for the delivery. I explained why i was calling (explained that i had been waiting downstairs, so surely they could waive it?) Was refused & told would be at least 1 hour before an order could be taken in any event... I hung up & ordered take away which turned up in 20 mins! Not great service at all - and not that cheap either!

The staff were great. I had a bad breakfast on Sunday where I had dry mushrooms and tomatoes but the Monday breakfast was super. Room was clean. The windows didn't open, I like windows that open

Rooms were very nice, the free breakfast was a plus every day, and the staff was super friendly!! Would recommend.
