Very close to zona T and its shopping, dining and nightlife but quiet The best of both worlds 6 min walk to a well equipped Smartfit gym and a running track w gym stations directly outside

Overall it's a comfortable hotel, with nice size rooms. I recommend getting a room in the back, away from virrey park, for more quiet.

It was my second time staying there, great hotel. Would highly recommended

During my stay, the hotel was understaffed, particularly at breakfast. Nevertheless, the staff was very attentive and eager to assist.

this hotel is not accurately advertised and does not reflect photos posted. the lighting is teribl, windows literally falling off exterior walls with big cracks to the outside..cabinet doors falling off their hinges.

The room itself was great. If you plan for a long trip there is a kitchenette. The breakfast was fantastic, the bed nice, not soft! The balcony is a nice touch. Shower /bathroom nice. One problem was a flickering light in bathroom at times and the tv didn't work. Great WiFi so the latter didn't matter.

Short stay with family on our way to Cartegena. Good location, nice rooms and excellent service.

Everything was as pictured. Host was nice and quick to help.

Spacious rooms! Close to many restaurants! Very clean

Good location opposite park but the kitchen was not well equipped , there is no heating or cooling at all and the restaurant was a big sell at checkin but failed to be open for dinner for my whole stay due to chef issues and not being open Monday or Tuesday in general. Food i had for lunch was average. Staff speak little English so it’s difficult to communicate and the front door is constantly locked making you feel very uncomfortable when returning to be locked out and needing to knock to be let in but they dont acknowledge immediately. Rubbish in the street nearby. For the price I would not stay here again!

Emplacement de choix, personnel très efficace ou pas du tout selon les shift, les photos ne sont pas fidèles à la réalité puisque la moitié des chambres de l'hôtel ont une vue qui donne sur un immeuble et non pas sur le parc.

La atención es muy muy buena, están al pendiente de ti todo momento, empezando en recepción por Henry, Carolina y Emperatriz de cuartos me hicieron unas vacaciones realmente tranquilas! Solo hacían mucho ruido del edificio de al lado!

Me encantó la atención de sus empleados Paola una niña muy amable!! Volvería sin duda

Nice location, clean room and kind staffs

Good location, close to Park Virrey! Comfortable, friendly and clean. Breakfast: only whote bread and not hot coffee. Jam was low quality.

Convenient stay; friendly hosts. Breakfast good but not great: Minuses only white bread, coffee not hot, and jam of low quality.
